McDonald's — Restaurant in Kennewick

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks, a McFlurry, Egg McMuffin, Chicken Nuggets & Large Fry. Not a large order, yet every single item ended up having something wrong. So crazy. First we pulled up to window and they gave only 1 of our 2 drinks plus the McFlurry and then told us to pull forward to wait on our food. The one drink they gave us was not a drink we ordered and the other drink was missing. So after sitting for a few minutes we decided to go inside to get our drinks. When the cashier realized we weren't at the counter to order (there were NO other customers inside restaurant) he went back to prepping orders for cars in drive thru and called over the girl who had taken our order. She's busy, so she finishes up what she's doing and then comes out into lobby to fill our drinks. In the meantime, our bag of food is sitting on the counter getting cold. When the guy put the bag on the counter I knew I should look inside because of how crazy everything was going to check it. Only had 3 things that needed to be in the bag... there were 2. They didn't include our fries. So, I said we needed our fries too and showed them the receipt. They were filling a large order at the drive thru (we've been here 20 minutes at least since when we first arrived) and even though our drinks had been missing and our food was getting cold, they filled up 5 large fries and put them in the drive through order they were prepping and there were not enough to make another order for us.... So we stood there while they said they had to make a fresh batch of fries. We got to watch that frozen set go in and wait for that too. He ended up putting the fries in our bag and we headed out. The fries were white, soft and not fully cooked. I'm including pictures of the Egg McMuffin as it was burnt and nasty. The chicken nuggets had some kind of strange looking square holes punched through them ( never seen that before) and my daughter said that the McFlurry tasted really strange. She said it didn't taste normal and she wouldn't eat more than 2 bites of it. A kid who wouldn't eat the ice cream? Drinks wrong, missing food, the food we got was gross. This McDonald's is in some type of Twilight Zone. I'd never go back...

This place is understaffed and overwhelmed or undertrained and careless that is the only excuse for what happens here. I ordered their 2 cheeseburger bundle it comes with 2 cheeseburgers(I ordered without onion and mustard) 2 medium fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. I also ordered 2 additional cheeseburgers with no onions as well as 2 mcchickens a side of big mac sauce and an apple fritter. I understand that this is a whopping 11 items but considering they are the easier items it shouldn't be that difficult. i pulled into the waiting spot because my order is a larger one which is fine i expected as much. after about 10 minutes I received my order and it was 4piece chicken nugget, a 10 piece chicken nugget and a double quarter pounder. I proceeded inside to get this corrected because this was obviously someone else's order. they said that they would correct the mistake and fix it, as i approached my car they ran outside and stopped another employee from handing my food to another customer in their vehicle. and said i could keep the wrong order since they cannot take it back. I was wowed at first because i was getting freebies but when i got home and pulled out the food, instead of having 2 mcchickens i got a 10 piece mcnugget and the cheeseburgers were made incorrectly. I don't have time to go back and correct them again so i have to salvage my meal. I have to scrape the onions and re add the cheese, pickles and ketchup to a meal that had been made so poorly. i wasted my money, my time, my home groceries and my patience going here. and all and all this is my fault because I wanted to eat at a restaurant known for being terrible....

It has taken two years but I've finally had it. The McDonald's at: 7505 W. Clearwater is the worst, absolute worst McDonald's that I have ever experienced. And they are consistent about it! From getting a chicken club sandwich that had half of it's patty missing to last week when I ordered a quarterpounder with cheese and received a cheeseburger with onions and catsup on it. Tonight on my way home from work I decided to give them one last chance. I ordered a double cheeseburger. While paying for it, I asked it I could please speak to a manager. I explained what had happened during my last visit and got an "I'm sorry. If that happens again please give us a call" (nope, I"m not kidding). I thanked her and pulled to the next window to pick up my sandwich. As I was pulling away, I opened the bag to check my order and found a double cheeseburger with a bun so hard that it was absolutely inedible. I went in and showed it to the manager who agreed that it should not have gone out. So, why did it? I can understand mistakes here and there, but I have found that my orders from this restaurant have been wrong or very poor about 60%-70% of the time over the past two years. I work swing shift and on my drive home this particular McDonald's is really the only choice I have had for food on the fly. Not anymore. I'm done. You guys REALLY need to get it together, as I am sincerely amazed that you're still...
