I have a background in audio and some home theater experience, to have the detailed knowledge she has takes decades to develop. Having the historical background through to today's equipment, and the matching and balancing of it all is rare, the owner has the expertise to give you what you want at the highest quality available. The experienced technicians have decades of experience also, their experience is being passed on to the younger and upcoming generation of audio and video technicians. I believe in buying local to support our local businesses, and maybe as important is that the expertise and availability for anything that may go wrong is local. I've had many experiences purchasing from Quicksilver, the pricing is always fair and any technical knowledge that might be required for self installation or setup is given before you leave.
