Subway — Restaurant in Kennewick

I love most subways and I wish I could love this one too. My most recent experience was me going through the drive through, there were 2 cars ahead of me and according to the worker I talked to one person inside. My trip took half an hour of waiting in the drive through which is unacceptable especially considering one care in front of me left I assume because of the wait. I was going to leave 2 stars because I've always loved the meatball sub. I don't know how this place did it but the meatballs in the sub I just got are awful. Biting into the meatball it is very tough in the middle and the meat that is tough is darker. I choked down one meatball being happy with a few of the other meatballs and then I got another tough meatball and cant bring myself to finish the sub. Go to any other subway in the area just not this one. There is a long history of long wait times and my mother has gotten messed up orders...

Couldn't have been worse. Employee Carla was outside talking to someone sitting in their car when I pulled up to the drive though. No big deal. She promptly asked me what she can make for me. I replied with the Sweet Onion Teriyaki. That's when it took a turn for the worst. Her: what kind of cheese? Me: it's not for me, whatever it comes with please. Her: I don't know either. Me: is it in the picture? (There are no pictures outside in the drive though) Her: what picture? Me: the one behind you on the menu. Long silence.... Her: I can't see that far. Long silence..... Me: ok, what are the choices?

The rest of the conversation went the same way. Very rude, snarky, and short.

I hope see can see the veggies and cash, I hope that isn't to far away. That would be bad for her to short...

Don't go here to get the typical subway experience, only the food. The 6 inch subs here cost more than what I'm used to paying for footlongs at other subway locations (out of town, have not compared to other locations in town yet). The wait was long and it was not that busy. The drive through is prioritized below inside guests, so go inside. No complaints on the food except that the cucumbers didn't look particularly appetizing, so I went without. No complaints about the individual workers. Not particularly friendly, but not rude either.

EDIT: I've found that the subway inside of Walmart has much better prices, so this issue is not common to all Subways in...
