Holy smokes the customer service here is mind-blowingly bad. I was in there for probably a good 30 minutes balancing 6+ full price items no one offered me a fitting room and I was 1 of 2 people shopping in there. Fitting rooms were all open and so I went into a vacant one...unfortunately needing another size without getting any assistance I had to re-dress and walk out to get a size... after all of that I still wanted to buy 3 items and stranded at the checkout stand for at least what felt like a minute before the lady finished her conversation before checking me...

I visited the store to return an online order, but the customer service was far from satisfactory. When I asked if my item could be exchanged, since it was a final sale and couldn’t be returned, the representative responded rudely. She said, ‘You bought it with 70% off, and they want to get rid of it, so there shouldn’t be any exchange.’ Afterward, she ignored me even when I apologized. I do not recommend shopping...

Loft was super organized and even had whole sections that were separated by size. I wanted to find a nice white top for a Save the Date photo and was able to choose from about 12 clean white ones that were all an additional 40% off. Honestly they would have been too expensive otherwise ($79). There were tons of style options and the sales women were friendly, but not overbearing. Which I very much...
