Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kerrville

I have tried several times in the last couple of months to get some donuts from the Dunkin in our area and it is always the same response. We don't have those; we don't have that. It is not like I am going at the end of the day, but I have been early in the morning and like today about 8:15am. Today asked for some Valentines Day donuts to treat my co-workers and the rude guy taking the order kind of laughs and tells me he doesn't have any of those donuts. (the feature donut) Who runs out at 8 in the morning of the featured donut. My husband used to manage a Dunkin Donuts in Tucson, so I know how it works. Whoever is doing the ordering is not doing a good job. The customer service is atrocious. Most of the people act like they are doing you a favor by serving you substandard coffee and donuts.  With the coffee it is a tossup you could get either swamp water or a perfect cup of coffee. It depends on who is working as there is no consistency. The people are not trained the same, so you get better service with some but not others. And I should mention the ice cream because I love Baskin Robbins having been from the East. That is hit or miss also. Too many times they are out of flavors that I like, and they try to stick you with a crap flavor clearly no one wants because they have tons of that. You could really make a killing on ice cream in this town since there is no other shop, but you miss it on that front too. Kirsty the manager I spoke to did offer me free donuts and an apology but there is no point. There are way too many donut places in our town that do it better. I ended up going down to Snowflake and guess what they had Valentines Donuts at 8:30 this morning. Amazing isn't it. I think Dunkin and Alamo Hospitality need to step...

I've been twice now both times horrible customer service. First time they forgot an item i ordered and i told the girl that was behind the counter and she said "oh ok" turned around and just ignored me. So i got someone elses attention and she went to the back to let someone know. When the manager brought out my item i let her know about what happened with the first girl and she said " oh yeah she came and told me" mind you they were never anywhere near each other and only one of them was wearing a head set.

Second trip.... Came in it wasnt busy, ended up standing at the counter for a hood 5 minuts before someone finally acknowledged and came to take our order. I had downloaded the app to recieve the welcome gift. When i went to use it the cashier couldn't get it to work and called the manager over who again we had to wait for. When she finally came over she told me i could use it next time. Mind you i had it before i went in and had not paid. Whatever i went ahead and paid. Walked to the next counter to get our ice cream we order and were ignored again. Oh there were employees there but not one could even be bothered enough to say "hey someone will be right with you" nothing we just got ignored. Not to mention the place was dirty and disgusting. Saturday morning I arrived at 1020am . I had 2 coupons one for a free 6piece hash brown and then one for u buy a half dozen donuts and get a half for free coupon.. finally at 1048am it was my turn at the drive Thur I told the girl that I wanted a dozen of mix donuts and I told her which ones I wanted.. she stop me and told me she only had some cause they were out of most of the ones I wanted.. so I told her which ones I wanted from what they had... I also told her about the hash browns and I also order a large ice coffee.. when I went up to pay I gave her my coupon and then she handed me my coffee and donuts.. drove off.. got home and realized after standing in line for 28 mins I got NO HAS BROWNS and All Sprinkles doubts which I didn't order...how can you be open at 5am and by 5.5 hrs and be out of donuts when you stay open till 10pm.. do y'all stop making donuts when y'all are running low???.. there was no way I would of went back to get my money back due to waiting another 30mins or longer .. inside and outside lines . Need more workers that want to wrk knowing...
