Must visit, especially if you come in on berth 4!!! - We did a cruise-run pub crawl that headed south. Coming back we wanted to eat somewhere local. A Mexican place was just a block north from the berth and thought it would be a joke to have Mexican in Alaska. Turns out it was no joke. D'Santa's was absolutely excellent and I live in Chicago and have been to LA and San Antonio so I feel like I have a sense of what's good. The tacos and enchiladas were excellent and their spicy salsa you have to ask for has beautiful heat and flavor. The owners work there and we were happy to contribute to the island economy. The service was great and our tacos were AMAZING. We had a limited amount of time in port, and their friendly service was fast but relaxed. Our kids had what they described as a burger that 'slays', whatever that means. I know it's good because they didn't leave a crumb behind.
