Garbos Grill Two — Restaurant in Key West

I stumbled upon this place while walking from my hotel to the BBQ place nearby. Google was wrong and the BBQ place wasn't open so we went back to this one. Lucky for us! Because Garbo's was DELICIOUS. I got the bang bang tacos and they were amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned shrimp, lots of yummy ripe mango, excellent flavors. I bought an umami burger to bring to my husband in the nearby hospital, so by the time he ate it, it was like 20-30 minutes old, and he still said it was really good. We stayed at the Gates hotel and were extremely happy to find Garbos Grill Two, next door.

Garbos Two is right at the Trolly pickup point in New Town. They have basically a permanent food truck setup with outdoor seating and everything.

We tried a bunch of stuff in the menu and we kept going back for more it was that good. We tried both kinds of shrimp tacos, fish tacos, fish burrito and their key lime pie. Everything was FANTASTIC.

We will definitely be stopping back at Garbos multiple times on our next visit even if we’re not staying next...

The Cayo bowl is amazing. It is a bunch of super dense (the bowl was actually heavy!) fresh veges, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and I added fish. The flavors were great and the meal was light and healthy after a few days of eating out but still incredibly filling and nutrient rich.
