The rooms are amazing, they have done an exceptional job remodeling. It's well equipped, had everything we needed for the 2 of us, and had enough for 6 to 8. Beds were AMAZING, so comfortable, ceiling fans all over. The screened porch was perfect. The pool was one of the best features. On the beach side it goes in gradually, like a beach would and we sat in that to tan, water felt great. The appliances are top of the line. They made sure we were prepared too. Gave us laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, sponge for dishes, and plenty of toilet paper. The housekeeping staff was great. Now for the bad. It is so noisy. The "sidewalk" was wood plank so you hear everything, especially the front bedroom since it's right there and has a window facing it. When someone is rolling a suitcase or luggage cart it sounded like they were in your living room. You hear every time a neighbor opens their sliding door. We had to move rooms because of the people above us. They had kids and it was horrible. The kids were just being kids, but for some reason it was so loud, there is zero soundproofing. The hospital is nearby so we heard a lot of sirens. So stay on the top floor. There is virtually nothing to do at the resort, they don't have activities like other resorts. Do not plan on utilizing the beach for water access. The access is tiny and not very conducive to playing in the water. There is a dock for boats though. The pool is about it. If you are planning to uber just know it's a little hike to downtown. The grocery store and such are close, but the "fun stuff" is a bit of a drive (in Key West terms lol.) Also, unrelated to the hotel, parking prices are horrible so even with being farther out, I would have saved money if I ubered. All in all it was great. The staff gets FIVE STARS but the noise stopped me from giving the resort 5. I would stay there again

Such a great place to have a timeshare, been coming here for decades! So much to do around the island and when you feel like staying in the Hyatt Beach house is the place to be! I like the Beach House location better than Winward point as that location has very noisy constant air & highway traffic. BH is on the water and the canal with water sports and excursions nearby. Tiki bar is very convenient. Never had a bad experience. My only complaint was last year the hotel was doing construction maintenance on one of the buildings during feb vaca week (busiest travel week of the year) and the lift the workers were using had a very loud beeping every time it was in reverse and it was constant sun up to sundown, so a little obnoxious especially while sitting by the pool trying to relax. We did a boat tour and we could still hear the beeping way of shore on the boat. Along with the daily landscape maintenance with the leaf blowers going every morning. I know keeping up with maintenance is important and needs to get done and the entire resort is spotless so they do a great job with that. Not sure why the leaf blowing has to be every morning since it’s not fall. Other than those 2 complaints, our experience over the years has been wonderful! And it’s newly renovated! Thanks Hyatt for a clean & relaxing place to stay in Key West!

We exchanged an II timeshare to visit here, 2 bedroom, 3rd floor. Pros: The overall property is nicely landscaped and maintained. They keep the pool clean. They have tiki hut where you can order drinks and some food. Rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff were all extremely friendly and service oriented. They did have a playpen and high chair for babies. Cons: It’s on the most northern part of key west, literally as soon you cross onto the key. Be prepared to pay to park when going into old town or uber / Lyft. It’s not closely located to the main spots. The rooms are on the smaller side, in our opinion and we’ve been exchanging timeshares over 30 years. While it’s a full kitchen, it’s not its own separate space (it’s one big living room / dining room/ kitchen). The TVs in the room are SUPER SMALL for 2025 accommodations. There’s definitely not enough parking spots if every room had a car, at least not in the parking spots below the building. This location is probably ideal if you plan to hang out at the unit a lot. Or even if you don’t mind taking a taxi or paying to park.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup is great for families. The spacious master bathroom features a luxurious shower with two showerheads, adding to the upscale feel. The unit has been nicely updated, giving it a modern beach touch.

One downside is that the unit itself feels somewhat dark due to a lack of large windows. However, the screened deck is a highlight—we enjoyed having all our breakfasts there. Also, you’re in key west! You should be spending all your time in the room during the day anyways.

The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary utensils, though they only provide salt and pepper, so you’ll need to bring your own basics if you plan to cook. The in-unit laundry machine was also a great convenience.

For families, the zero-entry heated pool was a fantastic feature, especially with our young toddler. The property also offers a beautiful ocean view, though the beach area is quite minimal. There is a small entry point for the water, but it’s not the kind of beach where you’d play or lounge in the sand.

One thing to note is that the resort is somewhat removed from the main attractions in Key West. However, it’s easy to rent bikes to get around, or you can drive into town and pay for parking.

Also, they have multiple extras car chargers. Super easy to use as they’re right in front of check in.

Not one of those resorts where they regularly clean your room, but they’ll bring you things if you need anything additional. We were happy with the service we got.

Overall, we loved our stay and are already thinking about...

Rooms were nice and spacious and clean!! However, there was a Staple in middle of floor coming through the carpet that you can’t get out, staff was no help, said they’d send someone, never did. I had to put a hat over it so it didn’t go through my foot. Coffee maker was broken, no help on replacing it, coffee isn’t cheap anymore and they offered us a credit on next stay 🤦‍♂️ Roosters (yes I get it, it’s key west and a tradition down here, but they’re so loud!!!) Construction going on and waking us up at 7 with noise… No shuttle to Duvall (they said if I was a time share tour, they could shuttle us, but other than that, no!) No music at pool, so I brought down my little speaker and was thanked by several at the pool for bringing it, but no, the staff came out and had an issue with it, cuz some Karen went and complained and was leaving the pool anyways, so why complain if you’re leaving?? So we went next door to the Marriott and was treated like royalty there….and had we stayed there, they offered us a shuttle to duval! Parking situation is a nightmare! Tight, crowded and just a mess!! We requested a water front room when we booked, the lady at the front says they don’t have but 2 water front rooms on the entire property, has she seen her own property?? We asked if they were all booked up and she said no, only 2 on the property…I counted 30! Hot tub was broken, pool was dirty! No connection for WiFi, called support for 45 mins, promised to fix it and never got fixed! Had to hot spot the entire time to handle some...
