I do a lot of reviews, I rarely do 5 stars. Even rarer for me is to have lunch some place and then come back and have dinner at the same place, totally dashed an order tonight after our lunch there this afternoon. Everything here is authentic, they ship it in from Turkey. The recipes are 5th generation from the chefs family restaurant in Turkey. I've never had gyro meat as good as this steak. Each ingredient can be tasted, layered together perfectly. There are no short cuts here. The tomato sauce they use in the iskender kabob platter and as their ketchup is the only condiment I ever want to use again. You can taste the sun that ripened the tomatoes, I swear. They serve the baklava warm and it was so good. It wasn't over powered by cinnamon like a lot of americanized ones are. The pistachios were so flavorful and you could taste the butter in the phylo dough. The honey was rich, not just sweet. The hummus has the highest quality olive oil blended into it not drizzled all over the top like it often is. It made the hummus so creamy and light. The black olives on top of a pita with a bit of hummus is like the perfect bite! Ah! I could go on and on. We don't have any Mediterranean restaurants this good in Utah and I'll be dreaming of this place for a long time. We were on Key West for a whole week and this was the best meal we had. I know places that have 5 stars rarely deserve them, but this place actually lives up to the 5...

We tried a range of food. The cold platter was amazing. Hummus so fresh. Tzatziki with just the right amount of garlic. I hate anything with beets, but he had a beet dish on the menu that I refused to share with anyone else it was that good.
The baklava could have been made in Turkey. It was that good. And fresh. And perfect amount of sweetness with honey.
And, if you’re lucky, you might be able to buy some of the coffee cups that he brings in fromTurkey. I say “if you’re lucky” because we bought everything out that he had as they are so amazing.
This is a tiny tiny restaurant. It is hard to get a seat. Come early or come late. Or do takeout. If you’re in the area and can’t get a seat, it is worth doing the takeout as the food is so exceptional.
I cannot finish this without mentioning the owner. He is a young Turkish chef who used to run a large restaurant for his family in Turkey and decided to come to Key West to follow his dreams. His dreams are the dreams of amazing high-quality food served at reasonable prices so people took the taste the best that turkey.
Run, don’t walk,to enjoy this amazing spot of turkey...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such great hospitality. This Turkish restaurant is truly a hidden gem — every detail, from the ambiance to the hospitality, was perfection.
We were warmly welcomed and seated right away, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. The owner was very attentive without being overbearing, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot on.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish felt like it was made with love and care — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hummus was creamy and rich, the lamb melt-in-your-mouth tender, and cannot forget about the tzatziki? Unreal. And don’t even get me started on the baklava — flaky, nutty, and just the right amount of sweet. You could taste the tradition and quality in every bite.
What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was how genuinely kind and proud the team seemed to be of what they serve. You could feel that this isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of culture, flavor, and hospitality.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy date night, a family dinner, or just a culinary escape, this place is a must. We’ll absolutely be coming back — and more...
