Wing Masters — Restaurant in Key West

I sampled Wing Masters' chicken wings last summer and they were amazing, so we decided to give them a second go and tried to order wings for the first time for dinner this evening. I am sorry to say we didn't make it past the order stage because of the rudeness of the gentleman taking our order over the phone.

After being asked to hold for several minutes while he attended to other customers, I started the order with a chicken alfredo pizza. We were told they did not offer this pizza anymore, so my husband needed a couple of minutes to choose a different one. I moved on to order some nachos and chicken wings. Wing Masters offers a variety of flavors--including a teriyaki curry and teriyaki wasabi--but their menu does not clearly list a plain teriyaki. So duh, I was not aware that they do indeed offer plain teriyaki sauce. Our order taker was kind enough to inform me of this in his rushed and annoyed tone. After being asked to hold for another moment, I simply hung up the phone.

Your customer customer service sucked. Your online menu is out of date. And if you can't take a moment to answer a couple of questions about your menu--and do it kindly--then I'm not going to take the time to patronize...

Wing Master? I don't know all about that. I have been to this quick stop wing place before but this last visit I was not impressed with the wings. I ordered the the garlic parmesan wings and the Jerk. The garlic wings were actually pretty good, I have to admit, I would say a solid 7.5 on a 10 scale. good amount of garlic and butter so I was happy. Jerk? please stop selling the jerk. As a Jamaican born and raised, man you did me wrong. I threw out most of mine. It really tasted more like a hot BBQ sauce and dry jerk seasoning added to the wings. Not to my liking one bit. I do know that my taste in Jamaican cuisine might be better than the average (non-Jamaican) person but don't call it jerk, you will confuse people. Here is the question, will I go back to the Wing Master? yes. I just will not get the jerk. Awesome...

Older cashier guy is so rude everytime, and we've finally had enough!!! Wings are hit or miss but it's hard to find good wings so we take our chances but we will never return and we have been telling all of our friends and family to never return!!! We were given the wrong wings and when I called he said he remembered my order and he would credit the wings next time we came back. When I went back for the wings the same guy said he LIED on the phone just to get me to hang up because he was "busy"(his exact words) and he wasn't giving me anything because we probably ate the wings anyways (we did not because we were given the wrong flavor). Apperently this is not the first time he's lied and insulted a customer. Save your hard earned money and stay far away from...
