I took some pants in to be dry cleaned because I had accidentally got make up on them. When I went back to pick them up the make up was still there. I asked if they could please we clean them or respot them. The woman at the counter told me it wasn’t make up and it was something old like a stain and was perfume and that it would never come out. I told her I knew it was make up and I was the one who would accidentally got it on the pants less than a week ago. I had no choice but to take these pants home I spotted them gently with Oxyclean and a small amount of liquid soap and all of the make up was removed from the pants. We came into town late Thursday night for a Sunday wedding. We called Friday around 930am to ask about dry cleaning our suits. We were told they needed to be in by 8am for same day pick up since they are closed the weekend 😭🤦‍♀️. They placed me on hold, came back and said if I could come in right away they could get them pressed for us!🎉👏🎊

So, so, incredibly thankful for them helping my hubbs and 4 sons look sharp on my sweet friends big day...

Been twice and both times they’ve messed up on the cleaning. First time they left a rusty iron print on a white uniform top. Was told we would get the next cleaning covered. Took the uniform back and asked for military press and the pants were ironed incorrectly along with a new stain on the collar.
