Amazing service! Was greeted by a gentleman named Carlos upon arrival. Ordered a blue raspberry mister misty FREEZE (something I’ve been ordering at DQ since I was a little girl) I was trying to explain it to Carlos, as I found out it is not a menu item, and he was kindly trying to process my requested order. A gentleman came (assuming) manager? And knew what I was talking about, kindly explained it to Carlos and joked to me that anybody under 30 years of age will probably not know what I am trying to order! ;) He proceeded to take my order and even used it as a training opportunity for Carlos and the rest of the team! Small location with limited menu choices! They normally run a special of 2 Cheeseburgers for $5! They're consistent with the taste of other DQ locations! There was a language barrier when ordering, which made it difficult to get the right food! We had to send all the sandwiches back to be remade! The employees were friendly, and the facility was clean inside and out! It's attached to other businesses to walk freely within while waiting on your food! It gets extremely busy, and seats are rarely available, so grab a table ASAP! Parking was plentiful for us, but i can see where it may be a challenge during busy times! Very poor customer service closed 10:08 despite claiming to be open till 10:30. This location will not let you modify -Yet- extra pickles and onion too much when they already don't participate in the $7 special. Yet they have the nerve for a tip jar lol. At least they apologized yesterday for not participating in the $7 special. Poor customer service seems to be a cronic problem at dairy Queen perhaps it is profitable?
