First time coming to this breakfast place with three children in tow. The hostess was great, friendly and gave us instructions on how their restaurant is set up. I was totally confused and did not understand YOU HAVE TO ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU COME IN AND NOT SIT DOWN AND LOOK AT A MENU. You walk down an aisle like a cafeteria, grab your drinks to place on a cafeteria tray. All while looking up at the menu on the wall, up and behind drink station. We were the only customers until we got all of our drinks and finally came down to the end of the aisle. Then the hosts asks what would you like. Dumbfounded and felt rushed because I have three kids to order for and now a big group of customers collected behind us. What I really wanted to order for myself was way back at the start of the aisle but because I couldn't read from that far away and the feeling of being rushed, I decided on a sweet meal instead of savory. The host collected crayons and coloring books for the kids and we found our table. The food for the kids, all sweet items were great, they loved it. But my husband and I had coffee and the coffee tasted like it was made with dirty dishwater, had a cleaning chemical after taste and was burnt. His meal looked and tasted disgusting - lamb omelette with hash browns (not cooked through so all the potatoes were raw and oxidized). I ordered waffle with coconut and chocolate, it was very good but not what I wanted. Our server was very nice and friendly. It's unfortunate because the staff was great, just the set up was frustrating and the coffee was undrinkable and the savory food was horrible. Would not recommend unless you know exactly what you want ahead of stepping into the restaurant and only want sweet items like pancakes and waffles...
Read moreThe food is absolutely delicious! There is a little bit of a wait usually, but not too bad. The prices can get a little higher, especially if you start to add things. It was our first time so we weren't sure of the best way to order to get the best deal. You order in a cafeteria style line. My grandson wanted to add banana slices to his pancake. We later realized it was $2.95 for a few slices of banana. We added chocolate chips to it also and there were perhaps a 1/2 TBSP of chocolate chips and that was $2.95. That was probably on us for not asking the price or finding a pancake on menu board that maybe came with those items already, but it was so crowded and we were trying not to hold up the line. Our breakfast bill came to $100 with 3 adults and 2 children. 1 adult drank coffee, 1 child drank juice and the other 3 of us drank water in cups. Even though it's serve yourself they do refill your water and coffee so we left a 20%tip. It ended up being a pretty expensive breakfast, at least for what we're used to. Saying all that, would we go back? Absolutely! It was delicious food, worth the price. Just be aware of that and if your kiddos waste food don't add on stuff they won't eat. Look up the menu before you go and know what you want and see the ala carte prices. The staff was friendly and kept our waters full and the coffee cup full. This is the best breakfast food we have had so far in our 8 years going...

I love this place. After looking at all the positive reviews, I had to give this place a try for breakfast. There was a little wait when arriving, but the lines move fairly quickly. There isn't an option to make a reservation or put a name down on a list, just first come, first serve. However, it does give you plenty of time to browse the menu, as there are a ton of options. When it's your turn in line, you grab a tray, drinks and then give your order and pay.
The Food: I went with the Western Omelet with smothered Hashbrowns and a side of strawberry pancakes. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Omelet was had tons of filling and the hashbrowns were crisp. Nothing was overcooked at all. The pancakes were fluffy and the strawberries were fresh as well.
The Service: Despite the long lines, you'll get through it fairly quickly as they try to keep the food coming out as fast as possible. There's plenty of seating, and they bring your food out to you when you paid for your order. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming as well. The food got to our table in a timely manner as well, even with the high traffic.
Overall, a very good experience here. I'd highly recommend giving this breakfast spot a try. I'll definitely...
