It is somewhat amusing that I visited the establishmentās reviews after experiencing a negative interaction with an individual named Aryan. The most recent review is about the same person, except the previous reviewer did not provide a name. I am also pleased to share my experience. On Monday, March 24th,2025, at 9:55 pm, I encountered Aryan, who exhibited disrespectful and rude behavior. This was an unprecedented level of conduct and resulted in a poor overall experience. Upon requesting to speak with her manager, Aryan inquired about the reason for my request. After explaining the unacceptable behavior, after she handed the window to her āmanager,ā Julian. I asked him if he would take appropriate action to address the situation. However, Julianās response was dismissive, stating that he could not intervene. He then closed the window. Firstly, an individual with Aryanās attitude and treatment of customers should not be employed in a customer-facing role. Secondly, Julianās lack of management skills is evident in his inability to address the situation effectively. Given the recent complaint from another customer, I believe it is imperative that Julian receives training on effective management. Furthermore, based on my experience, I strongly suspect that Aryan would sabotage customersā food, particularly those who have special orders and shouldnāt work in a position where she works with customers and or their food I sincerely hope that the franchise owner will contact me to ascertain the outcome of...

Went through the drive through, all was good, they told us to wait in one of their waiting areas because they needed to make sure everything was correct.... got home and everything was wrong? I ordered a cheeseburger, add bacon and tomato (norm comes with pickles, mayo, mustard, cheese, patty, bun, right?), got cheese, patty, bacon, gravy (?), bun. Husband got flamethrower extra sauce, flamethrower had no sauce, and was missing everything but patties, cheese, bun... good news we got our side cheese curds that we paid for! But our fries aren't here (shows on receipt combo with fries and then our cheese curds separate a la carte..) we normally come to this dairy queen like once a month since this location has opened, this is so much worse than accidentally missing sauces on side (also happened this time btw). I am understanding to mistakes, but why make us wait in curbside saying specifically that our 2 combo order would take longer, and then give us food that was so far off from what we ordered? But, thereās been issues lately Iām unsure of the young lady but I do remember she does have pink, purple hair? Kinda short it was around Christmas, I was waiting for a small candy can blizzard, I saw the young lady walk past the window, her hands Down her pants almost like she was grabbing her underwear to pull it up
This isnāt the first time I had seen this lady do something, I remember seeing her mask always fall down under her nose and never lift it back up until a customer came in while everyone else their mask
I donāt want to say sheās rude but there are times sheās going on her break and I understand breaks are very important but when Iām in the lobby she completely ignores me, goes to unplug her phone, and walks away
I also remember during summer time I also saw her, when lobby was open-open she would always sit down on her phone and take my order, and touch my food without washing her hands
I love this place and i donāt know the answer to fix the problem, but Iāve slowly stopped going cause i donāt know when she works
She has like purple hair, a little bigger...
