First time in this location, first let me briefly preface this is the day that they were offering the free 6in sub. And I get it to my fellow food service workers great job out there 70% of the time. So I walk in and one person in entire restaurant at counter I wash up and come out customer paying for order mgr(Brittany) wiping down the slicer back turned to me other employee ( Ayesha) at register. Still no welcome in, hi , thanks for stopping by no acknowledgement whatsoever. So I ask those the new slicers huh when do y'all slice rt in front of customers or batch in A.M. just cause like I'm here you can stop going out of your way to ignore me. Brittany offers " whenever we need it" those are her first words to a customer. Mind you I had already been to another location no issue great. Friendly customer service even small talk" how'd you hear about it" only thing he said as far as ingredients no alvacado. Cool got turkey optionit just the way I like it. I let em know I wanna try the ham hero or whatever Ayesha asks what Bread I say Italian herbs and cheese we don't have it. Italian or multi grain I choose the latter. I guess Manager Brittany had heard enough of my tomfoolery. She whips around and says sir you MUST order it the way it's pictured. (Just let it go Robbie) Not to be out done I say I'm allergic to Mayo because I am mildly allergic (wink) she says Ayesha don't put mayo but put it on Italian followed by its not us it's corporate yada yada basically beggars can't choose. But I'm not begging. So corporate if if you're listening which judging by the reviews at the store you're not. Please fix this store...
Read moreI guess I agree with all the reviews complaining about customer service. We can in and were waiting in line for our turn. We were a bit thirsty so we figured to grab one of the cups displayed on the counter and get some water while we were waiting. After we order our food and drink the employee asked me if I wanted anything else so I told him that we took a cup for some water. And his reaction was a bit aggressive when he mentioned he has to charge me for the cup since those are not cups for water and I did not mind at this pointe and usually I leave tips everywhere I go so I decided I’m not leaving any just because of his reaction. I asked for my receipt and I find out he actually charge me for a drink rather than just a cup??? 2.69. I asked him: so you charged me for a drink? And he answers: I had to charge you for the cup and I repeated my question loud and clear: I’m asking if you charged me for a drink? Than he answered that that is the only way he could charged me for the empty cup is to charge me for the whole drink. I did not complain and I actually got an other drink. The point is not that he charged me but why would you charge me the full price for a drink when the only thing I got was an empty cup. 2.69 is not a big deal when I was going to leave a 5 dollars tip. Read moreLike many people in the area, I'm on vacation and with that, I hope to have a great experience while visiting. This was not the case at 2927 Vineland Road in Kissimmee. From the moment we walked in at around 6:45pm on 6/25/2024, the server at the front wore a look of disgust on her face. I asked for a turkey wrap and received a nod as a response while she walked back to the kitchen. She then proceeded with "I don't have any wrap bread right now." I allowed my son to order his sandwich while I contemplated another option. The server then stood there forna moment and proceeded to ask, "Are ya'll paying together because Im just waiting on you now!" Wow! How about politely saying, "Sir, are you ready to order?" Or "Sir, have you decided on a new order?" I then asked for a steak sandwich on flatbread. I received a coarse response that "I don't have flatbread either because it's the same bread used to make the wraps." I suppose I learned something new today because in my experience these always had a different texture. As a Subway regular, one thing is certain, everywhere I go, the food is the same.
