I ordered a sandwich. It was delivered and was made incorrectly. I called them, they first argued on the phone with me that they made the sandwich correctly when it was plain to my eyes that they did not, so basically they called me, their customer, a liar!! Then secondly, on THEIR MISTAKE, they wanted me to bring back in the sandwich, in which I specifically had it delivered for a reason, instead of delivering the correct sandwich in the first place. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I was more than willing the give them the incorrect sandwich back if they only had delivered the correct sandwich. I have ordered from Jimmy John's plenty of times from by where I work in Indianapolis and have never had an issue with customer service, had them argue with me, their customer, and have always bent over backwards to accommodate me the customer. So just warning you that if you get the incorrect order, expect them to argue with you and expect you to bring them back the incorrect order after it was delivered to you, defeating the entire purpose of a delivery service. Another 15 minutes later my order shows up and my soda has ice in it (cold, half melted ice in watered down soda, no thank you). I once again call the store and I'm told it wasn't on your receipt. I explain I'm looking at my receipt and read to him no ice, leave at door, extra peppers (which I didn't get either), etc. He of course argues with me then abruptly cuts off the conversation by saying is there anything else I can help you with. Read morefirst time ordering from this "restaurant," I placed a pickup and waited. I thought it was just taking a long time but it literally never got finished. The order tracker still, to this day, reports that it is not ready for pickup. I called them and the guy said that they made it but no one came to get it so they threw it out, which I think is pretty ridiculous considering they have my contact info. What a waste. I would've rather they told me they just went and ate it. Or they could've just called me. They said there was nothing they could do which I also think is pretty ridiculous considering it was their (not the dude on the phone personally of course, he didn't do anything wrong) mistake that they forgot to mark it as ready on their end.
