Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kokomo

If I shared my worst experience about this place, it would probably look way to good for them. I've given them too many stars as it is. My recommendation to anyone planning to have tacos at this location, either go to another town and visit Taco John's, or do without! The service was beyond poor, the staff who DID step up to the register to help with the refund that I had demanded (with extreme vocalism seems how many times i had previously been ignored, do to the very very poor service we were experiencing,) bless her for trying to be helpful as she wasn't even sure how to refund anyone, she had insisted to Ms. Madison who appeared to be some type of crew leader or possibly holding some poor managerial position (sad to say)was also the one prepping the food that we had ordered 30 mins prior to my explosion. Finally after holding us up 45 minutes and nearly causing my gf to be late back to work, we were refunded our money as well as received the meals both free of charge which is DEFINITELY the most important thing she could have done because what we had ordered, 1 wasn't even correct, 2 tasted so bad I wouldn't have fed it to the hogs. Had a very unhealthy taste to it, bad enough that we just trashed it and chalked it up as the 1st restaurant we will NEVER go back to. SUPER SLOW, either poorly staffed or under poor management!!!

I have lived near this location for well over 2 years now and its rarely been a good experience except during peak hours. Anytime after 6 or 7 your visit is going to be either extremely slow with a 8 car line or your the only one who is in line but get ignored for minutes at a time while the staff goofs off. This seems to be a result of this location choosing to run a skeleton crew at all hours possible and the quality of service is trash by result.

I have tried to visit this location 3 times in the last two days, two of the times the line was massive and was not moving and I left knowing what this was going to end up like. Then tonight I go and there is only one car in line so I stop to get food, this is on 12/18/2018 at around 1AM I sat waiting to place a order for at least 5-10 minutes with no response from the speaker. Another car pulled up behind me several minutes into this, still nothing. I pull out and leave, driving around the window side resulting in the next person being served after the person on duty finally took notice he had customers.

Took my business elsewhere and will be continuing to do so, this location and its service are awful and have been awful for years and seems to be getting worse I will not be be coming back and will be actively going out of my way to give other companies and restaurants my...

THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

This is the first google review I’ve ever made.. that’s how pissed off I am. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location I have ever been too. My fiancé and I drive 50 minutes for work everyday this location is unfortunately the most convenient location to stop at when we do not have the energy to cook. 6 times in a 7 week span we have ordered and they forgot multiple items. I hate calling in to complain but when I pay for something I expect it.. I called and was told they would give us a $30 credit for the next time we stopped in, here we are a week later trying to cash in on this promise and are told no (I don’t even want to call in a credit I paid for items I didn’t receive) it’s ridiculous, my finance asked for the corporate number and told no you can’t have it and to come back in the next day to speak with a manager. I called in to ask for a corporate number and the “manager” I spoke with in the phone said she doesn’t know it. I said okay, well what’s the name of your franchise I can find it myself….
