My son wanted to try the boneless wings, so we decided to roll through the drive through as it did not look busy at all. Boy were we wrong. Arby's for the love of God and all things holy, stop using a "recorded" greeting. It is very strange when you hear a guy say "Welcome to Arby's, would you like to try our boneless wing combo?" and then a young girl pipes in, "just a minute". We waited at the drive through for a few minutes while Emory got it together. We placed our order and say in line for over 30 minutes until we got to the window. The downside of this place is once you are in line, you are stuck. You can not just leave the line. My car has an "auto stop" function and we watched the timer count up to over 25 minutes of waiting. My son mentioned that many Emory was working by herself which is why it was taking so long. I understand that good help is hard to find, not to mention everyone is short staffed. There is no need to be curt and rude while working the drive through window like I am inconveniencing you.
I thought maybe it was just me that was being a little hard core reviewing this place. If you check some of the other reviews of this location, it is the same theme, bad service, long waits, etc. If this is the level of service you are going to get from Arby's, it is not going to be around as long as the previous...
Read moreThis place accidentally charged my card for someone else’s order. the manager idk her name (African American lady) told the worker. (A young girl with purple hair on the ends) not to let me know that what they did just that they accidentally charged my card twice and it wasn’t going through the second time because the order they charged was a big order.
Another time I went to order my one year old (who’s lactose intolerant) some roast beef and turkey sliders without the cheese. The order was repeated to me.. then they said it would be a 15 minute wait just for them to “not put cheese on it” I get my order leave & guess what CHEESE ALL OVER IT. This is by far the worst Arbys I’ve been to. Every other Arbys I’ve been to they are friendly(not rude like how they have been at this Arbys) they don’t mess up as much or anything! When I never got my refund I was VERY CLOSE to contacting Human Resources Management about this certain location. But I then received my refund 2 weeks late. Maybe that part was on my end of my card. Either way Arbys I use to love ordering from here and this location turned off my whole idea of it...

(Not that this location ever does, I don't know that. I've only been once. I mean in general) Hooray for competent employees! It has been so long since I'd been to an Arby's and I missed it so. The chicken, bacon, and swiss was different, but, to be expected, and I don't know what those dessert things y'all were trying to were# as some sort of Oreo thing, but could you just don't? 🤮 No. Yeah, let's just don't, with that anymore. Jk. Go for it. Someone might like them....4/5 of my party gave them to that one kid that liked them but he's weird and we don't know how he ended up in our group anyway.
