Ivy's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Laconia

I almost never give bad reviews, but this place had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked up and the two teen girls behind the counter were eating ice cream and just talking and didn’t even acknowledge that my friend or I was there. I asked if they were open and the one in the blue just said “yeah” in an unkind tone. So then my friend ordered and paid and the girl in the gray sweatshirt took care of them and she was fine. The one in the blue proceeded to ignore me and act as if I wasn’t there until she finally just looked at me (never asked if I was ready to order) and then I ordered. The ice cream is Hershey’s so it’s fine the milkshake was too milky and thin. Overall, poor service, good location and fine product. It could be the makings of a great business if they changed...
