Worst customer service in the drive through today ! When I placed my order I ordered two frappes with additional meals . I had no problem with the young man who took my payment at the first window but as I went to the second window the customer service with them was horrible. I got my drinks handed to me and I informed the young man at the window that I was missing a frappe. He said I was not charged for two frappes at the first window , I was like okay and got my card out and told him to go ahead and charge me then because I asked for two . He said no I needed to go around back to the drive through and order it because he didn’t have a register . I told him I was not going to go to the back of line and wait in the long line again . I asked if he can go to the back register or to the front counter just to ring me up and he said no . Then another young lady came and she very rude so I asked to speak to a manager . The manager did not come to window instead the young lady came back and said she will ring me up and took my card and told me to go park and she would bring it out to me . I said okay but I will wait for her to ring me up and give me my card first before I go and park . I couldn’t believe that she rolled her eyes at me . At this point I was really upset and demanded for the manager to come to the window . When the manager finally came to the window I told him what happened but honestly I don’t think he cared . Wow ok where do I start geesh.... I went in to just order the blue raspberry slush .... I waited at the front counter for awhile ....while I watched the front counter girl? Drive thru girl ? And a couple of other girls up front run around and laugh, play around etc... before anyone came to the front. When someone did come to the front she just stood at the register... no hello, no can I help you nothing. So I opened the conversation with "Hello I would like to order a medium blue raspberry slush." She didn't even know if they had the item....so she went to check lol. They did of course I purchased it and she didn't know how to make it so she had to find someone else to...meanwhile all of the worker where very loud, laughing, playing around like they were not at work at all. Needless to say I was very uncomfortable. So I finally got my 1 medium blue raspberry slush I ordered, and the.front counter worker asked to taste my drink because she had never tried it before....mind you the drink was not for me but for my step-son. I told her kindly this was not my drink. In all the Commotion I over heard the back drive thru girl tell the manager that one of his friends was out side and they were pulled up to the front and wanted him to come outside...ok so I was glad I got my 1 DRINK THAT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINS TO GET SO I COULD LEAVE AND NEVER RETURN... sorry this is a long post but this was ridiculous I used to work at this location in the 2000s and this never would have been Tolerated. The food was good. The prices were good, but the service was appalling. The lady in the drive thru rushed me through my order and was speaking to me and the people in front of me as well, making it very confusing to order straight. I was patient with all that except that I decided to add drinks since I found out they no longer have biscuits and gravy. The older lady rolled her eyes when I asked her to add 2 drinks. I even looked past that. She was rude asking me what size, using the words COME ON and YOU'RE HOLDING UP THE LINE, but I had already told her large BEFORE SHE GOT SNAPPY! It was when she handed me the drinks that she pushed a little too far with her words. This was the very last thing that she did because I was about to drive off with my order complete. I can't believe she told me that she was not being rude today BECAUSE normally she said, they make you go around to the end of the drive thru line all over again to add something to your order. Ha Haha ha Bull spit!!! You see I'm smart enough to know that since she had NOT taken my money yet when I drove to the front window, she could add my drinks and that she said I wasn't being rude, that she was just annoyed. That's no reason to be rude and all her extra talking was the exact reason the line was held up! I understand that it is difficult to run the front drive thru and back drive thru at the same time.
