I go to Sbux at least twice a day everyday. I ordered online for this location. I've been here several times and each time gets worse. This time, I did not go through drive thru. I went in to pick up. I got my drink, took a sip and it was sour. I have 14 pumps of syrup raspberry and classic. It shod not be sour. I go on and say hey this is sour. Garrett informs me they are out of raspberry. So instead of letting me know, they just handed me an incorrect drink. When I asked him and said, I would have rather you not make it and advise me then to hand me a drink and act like it is what I ordered. He understood and was going to remake it with just 14 classic. In the middle of our conversation, Alex and her rudeness, abruptly says we can give you a refund. Although, true. Garrett a more customer calm individual had already worked it out. I was not even speaking to her and she is now the problem. There was no need for her to be aggressive, no need for her to even open her mouth to be involved. Garrett is the Shift Supervisor. Alex proceeded to snatch and throw things around once I asked her to please walkway, Garrett has taken care of it. She decided she was going to remake my drink. NO THANK YOU! Read moreThey say bathrooms represent the cleanliness of a restaurant...the bathroom here looks like it belongs in a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or more. Most food is not displayed in refrigerated display area, but instead on a cart sitting behind the register at room temperature. Trash on the floor behind the register too. Was going to get food and drink but just got coffee instead and will take my food order elsewhere. Guy ringing me up leaned over the register and watched the cc machine while I was paying. Got my cup without a sleeve, asked for one and the gal practically threw it at me. I stood and listened to the woman who appeared to be the manager, complain about her employees. All of the employees were standing with their backs to the counter doing busy work. Finally I gave up and went to wash my hands and returned to wait again. Several more customers had come in while I was in the bathroom. So a masked woman decided to come over and condescend to me. "Not today Satan!" I asked about the availability of a particular sandwich in the display case that lacked the description and pricing.
