I spent $20 for compromises. The service was okay, I knew they were trying so the two stars aren't for that. I was disappointed because I originally wanted to try their sandwich, which since it's so new as of today it was understandably sold out. Ok, so I had to pick something else. I bought the popcorn shrimp for my friend, with fries and for me, I ordered the 5 piece tender with red beans and rice. I had wanted spicy tenders, but they sold out of any that were thawed out, so mild was my only option. I pulled up to the window and got my drinks, but didn't get straws. They shut the window as they got the rest together, so I couldn't ask for straws, sauces, or any sort of help so I was stuck waiting for what felt like 15 mins for my order. I heard them mentioning shrimp so I guess they had to drop them fresh to order. Ok, I'll give you points for effort. I felt bad for holding up the line. Remember the window was closed? I wanted to ask if I could pull up or around to move the drive. So maybe this was a bad idea. Finally as I received my order, I had a chance to get some sauce and the straws I didn't receive previously. Unfortunately, no thank yous or well wishes, oh well it was a long day I guess. Mission accomplished... Until I got home and saw that the shrimp was all breading, the tenders were dry, the sides were mixed up, wait they were the same, even though I ordered fries on one and I had it on my receipt too. In summary, the service was off by a tad, my order was not the best quality, I didn't get what I originally asked for, I drove a long way for something they didn't have, and it was all for a hefty $20 for two people. So please avoid this location if you're in a hurry or of you're a stickler for...

If given the option between eating here again or getting my fingernails ripped off I’d have to consider.

Took them 15min to cook tenders that of course weren’t ready or cooking before our order. Staff seemed to be having an amazing time while not prepraring our food or the food of multiple people in the drive through.

Fries were so hard and overcooked that my teeth hurt for an hour after “carelessly” trying to eat one expecting it to have the consistency of a french fry.

Water is unfiltered and gives the coke machine a weird flavor on all drinks. Hope you like sweet tea becuase unsweet wasn’t an option.

This location somehow ruined the spicy chicken sandwhich. The chicken was way over-fried and dried out. Tased like it had been fried 2hrs before and spent 20min too long in the fryer. The sandwhich made up for the lack of remaining chicken meat by doubling up on the spicy sause.

Bathroom door wasn’t able to be locked despite being a “single holer”. If you guessed it was disgustingly dirty you’d be correct.

Popeyes is known for low managment standards but this loctation is well beyond unaccecptable. They should have their franchise rights stripped away. It will turn people off from the brand.

The only positive thing I can write about our 40min experience at this location is I don’t appear to have food poisoning 12hrs later which is can likely be attributed to the whole meal being overcooked so grossly it no longer...

The past few times we have gone, they yell at us that they’re lobby is closed. However it was 7 pm on a Wednesday. Online, it says they stay open until 10 pm. Anyways, No lock on the door, but actually, there was a chair holding the door open. Then when we go through the drive thru, they have us sit there for 20+ minutes. We said “hello?” And they say “give me a minute”. This went back and forth for about 10 more minutes.

Another time, we ordered tenders and some chicken on the bone. We pull up to the window and they give our dog a tender WITH THEIR BARE HANDS and then proceeds to tell us that they’re out of tenders. They asked us to pull around to the front, and they’d bring it out to us. We waited and waited. Then finally went inside and they said it’ll be out soon. Then we sit for another 10 minutes and then enter the store again and we have to tell them our order again and they still got it wrong.

All attitude and bad service. Completely lazy. Will not be going back until they figure it out. Management must not know what goes on at this location. They’re losing a lot of business...
