The baristas here? Absolute gems. Most of them know our usuals and always greet us with a smile. Our drinks are on point 99% of the time, and on the rare occasion something’s off, they fix it right away; no drama, no hassle. And shoutout to their customer support team too for always making things right!

As a diabetic, I’m obsessed with their sugar-free flavor options, they taste amazing without the sugar spike. Plus, we LIVE for the fun extras: BOGO days, sticker drops, rubber duckies, and the Mother’s Day koozies? ICONIC.

Any drink that you order (if it's cold) is going to be 90 percent ice. This chain is nothing but a bunch of crooks. As soon as Lafayette wakes up and realizes that they are being screwed over, the better off they will be. I ordered an iced energy drink yesterday, paid $8 and some change. I got 6 oz out of a large of the actual drink and the rest was all ice. Today I went back and asked for the same drink but with NO ICE. My total was $11. So let me get this straight; 7 Brew is charging me for NOT getting any ice?! 7 Brew is nothing but crooks. They want to greenlight the customers with friendly employees and loud music but really they are trying to mask the fact that you are getting screwed every time you buy something. I always have a bad experience here but this one topped it. As soon as we pulled up the girl growned about having customers to another girl (there were only 2 cars in the line at the time) like it wasn't her job to be there serving customers. Then I asked if I could switch my sugar free drink to not be that way before even paying, I could see the other girl making my drink look at the other girl I was talking too get annoyed and threw the drink away and started on a knew one. It's not that hard to do your job, you're there for the customers and the fact that the glass is clear and people can see you and your reactions is insane.
