Palm Breezes Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Buena Vista

I've been to this restaurant twice for dinner, and both times I was very impressed with both the service and the food. Being a quiet hotel restaurant, I didn't have the highest hopes, but the quality here far exceeded all of my expectations. Both times I went, the restaurant was quite quiet, with only 4 or 5 tables seated. The service during both my visits was fast, friendly, and the servers were attentive. Before your meal, you get warm french bread and butter, which was more delicious than I would have expected, and was really a great touch. I ordered the burger, and it was great. It has a great charbroiled flavor, a nice bun, good toppings, and was tasty all around. The atmosphere isn't incredible, but it's perfectly adequate, being open air with a view of all the floors inside the hotel. I had great experiences here, and would recommend this restaurant...

This restaurant sucks, food is bad way to muck salt and service is worst, i witnessed a family wait 15 minutes to get seated and restaurant was empty, only 4 tables with customer and 2 servers, after 15 minutes waiting the family skipped the wait to be seated sign and sit at a table and a server make them move to the really next table for no reason... wow please holiday inn do something about this restaurant,...

We got into the hotel a little late but with plenty of time for (1:45 min). We were told because they had a big party that food would take a long time.
