They cook everything in the same skillets and do not clean between uses. That came straight from the server when asked about gluten free options. If you use a skillet, why can't you cook the meal in a clean skillet to allow someone with an allergy to eat. I've experienced this at places that use grills but never a restaurant that uses skillets. She even said that they won't clean the prep spots. This restaurant is too slow to not be able to handle this preparation. I personally wouldn't want to eat from dirty skillets or prep areas even if I didn't have the allergy.
