I don't normally do stuff like this, but here we go.
On October 21st, I ordered a Pizza Hut Melt and an order of wings through the App. I placed my order at 5:34. The app and the confirmation email I got with it said that it would be delivered by 6:20. No big deal. Sounds like pretty decent timing for a Friday night.
At 7:30, I still hadn't received my order, but the tracker showed that my order had been delivered. I checked outside, there was nothing, so I called the store. The phone was picked up then quickly put on hold. I sat on hold for about ten minutes. I hung the phone up, called back, same thing, except now, I waited a few more minutes.
Seeing how calling the store was getting me nowhere, I called the 1-800 number to see if they could help me. Instead, they gave me an incident number, and told me my money would be refunded in two to three business days. It was not.
When I called back, after the charge had posted to my account, they offered me a coupon for a two free pizzas. I just wanted my money back. The representative told me the franchisee would contact me via email or phone in three to five business days.
That was October 26th. I have yet to hear anything from the store regarding the incident.
At this point, it's not about the money. It's about the principle of the situation. I paid $28, which included a $7 tip, for something I never received.

Read moreThe Last two times I called for delivery service the employee that was taking my order has either 1) discouraged me from delivery, (falsely stating that the delivery time would be over an hour[a tactic i'm well familiar with as I used to manage a pizza hut]) or 2) outright refused to give me a side of italian dressing. His argument was that he wasn't sure if he could do that, give me a side of italian dressing.
If the employees are trained so poorly there that they aren't even sure that they can give you a side off the salad bar, this is an extremely poorly run restaurant.
The customer service is absolutely terrible, and there needs to be a district or regional manager sort the place out.
I will not be ordering from here again, because i refuse to be told that i cannot have something i'll pay for, obviously if i asked him to jerk me off and i'd pay for it, that's outside the scope of what pizza hut offers, but a side of italian dressing is within the scope of what they offer, so, I don't understand how service industry employees (aside from the fact of getting personal satisfaction from denying customer requests) justify this kind...
Read moreWhen I got to the store to pick up my order. The employee that was at the register was extremely friendly and made me feel so appreciative. I told him the name on the order and he instantly apologized about my order and told me that my order had to be remade due to the pizza getting stuck to the pan and he immediately told me they had already started to remake it and it was coming out right then. Unfortunately it got stuck. So he told me that he would make it right for me and he went and made it himself. He said it would be about 15 minutes. I told him great I will go sit in my truck and be back in. This young man went even farther and brought it out to me. This is the best experience I have ever had anywhere I have been.
