It may not be the soft Essen Haus šŸ„ØšŸ„ØšŸ„Ø pretzels of the Essen Haus with Dusseldorf or Horse Radish mustard...but the shop is clean, staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. And she gave me a free pretzel šŸ„Ø because I told her I am a Google Reviewer after she asked why I was taking pictures. Gotta love service like that. If I'm being honest...the cheese sauce could use some work...but the pretzels were hot, soft, and delicious.

The lady is super sweet and enthusiastic. The man a bit no nonsense with a strong accent but very professional. Some entitled kids came in demanding they get better customer service even though they kept putting trash in a crock pot even after beginning asked not to, twice. Just because you don't understand someone's accent doesn't mean these kids needed to be rude to them. My heart goes out to these two. And their product is excellent quality...

It's 12pm, the mall just opened a few hrs ago. They have most of the day left to go. But they are out of cinnamon sugar pretzels.
