Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Geneva

Ordered a pizza at 640pm for delivery said it would be 30 minutes...I was impressed that it would be that quick. 740pm...still no pizza. Called and they said that the driver was getting ready to leave right now. I mentioned that it was an hour when they said it would only be 30 mins and asked if they would do anything for putting dinner behind schedule...the girl said, "We'll see what we can do" .....815pm pizza...and I am within 3 miles of the store?? I call at 816pm and ask if the driver got lost or needed help finding my place...the same girl says "the driver just left with your pizza" I say, that is what you said 30 minutes ago....the girl says "yeah, well they just left" I tell them it better be here in less than 5 minutes or I will go to freaken Pizza Hut or any other pizza place and deny their pizza when it gets delivered. The girl says "Ok, thank you" What??? Customer Service? Nope! Exactly 5 minutes later the driver gets to my place. I sign the receipt and tell them the story above....the driver says "Oh" I explain how it is not his/her(not sure) fault and say sorry for venting to them. I plan on giving them a $10 cash tip...I hand the driver the signed receipt and (he/she) says..."What, No tip for me?" I then reach into my pocket, pull out the $10 and say...well I was gonna give you this, but since you could care less about my bad experience, now I am not giving you any tip. Driver says..."oh really?" I respond with "Yep, really"...Drivers says..."really nice, thank you soo much" in a sarcastic tone and walks away. I said the only thing you offered was "oh" and the driver said "whatever" and left. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Pizza tasted decent. Never will order delivery again...and It will be a while before I even return for pick up. They lost a...

I placed an order for wings and mozzarella sticks for delivery. They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour and that was fine. It came to about an hour and a half And the delivery guy still was not here so I called and they said I was up next. I waited a little bit longer and two hours came and he still wasn’t here with my food by this time I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Finally he gets here after about 2 1/2 hours and He was very rude and unprofessional And blamed it on me why it took so long and said it was my fault for ordering 45 minutes before they closed. Not to mention the lady on the phone who took my order was also pretty rude. The order was $18 and some change I was not going to tip him because he was very rude but I gave him a 20 and he walked off with my 20 after yelling at me about calling so late And did not give me my two dollars change. To top it off the food was alright, definitely not worth $20 Or a 2 1/2 hour wait. I am very disappointed and I will no longer order from you guys anymore. Very poor service. I was accused of being a liar by the girl who took my order after calling back to fix an ordering issue . Needless to say my phone calls are recorded on my smart phone. I placed an order for me and my Wife and Instead of getting 2 meals we received one. We just got home from a trip to Florida and wanted to eat a decent meal. After leaving a generous tip to the delivery driver I checked my bag and was clueless to see one meal. After being called a liar and having to pay more for the rest of my order to be delivered my wife had already now ate 30 minutes before me as I waited for my food now. I spoke with the on site manager he told me there was nothing he could do. I also played the phone call to the delivery driver because I felt bad for him having to come twice in a big SUV. If you want to be treated as human at minimum please do not order here. The only reason we placed an order here is because next door pub doesn't deliver between 2 and 5 PM. If you want quality everything I Highly recommend Next Door...
