Ordered pickup at 7:30pm two subs and a pizza was told to pick up in 30 minutes. I first asked at 8 and they said about 10 more minutes. About 10 minutes later I walked in and they are incredibly busy so I understand that it's not quite ready again as she said just a few more minutes. I every ten minutes for the next 49 minutes come inside to ask and then the girl walks over and ask how long it will be for the meatball sub and the man yells about 2 minutes. I again stepped outside for a few minutes because it was super busy and people are in line to ask about their order. I waited 5 just so they could get it wrapped up and go back up and it still wasn't ready it's been a hour since I ordered. So I stood there waiting inside this time and about 10 minutes later another girl asks my name and she looks to see half my order is ready and we are just waiting on a meatball sub. She asks the kitchen and they respond they are out of meatballs. So the girl comes back says sorry we are out I will just give you what we have and refund the meatball sub. Never even asked if I wanted anything to replace it. Which I did but at this point the rest of the food had been sitting over a hour so I said I will just run through Arby's before I I wait another hour for anything here. I pay leave and check my order I. The car because it's so crowded inside. I realized that I was charged but didn't get my mottzarealla sticks. The girl said she would have to charge me for more and I kept explaining I never received the ones I ordered. She went to the back and and came back and said she would have to refund them because they are also out of those. At this time it's just about 9pm and all I got was a sorry we are busy we will have more tomorrow. The stuff they had that the did make for my order has been sitting over a hour now and I'm invited to try again tomorrow? I chuckled to myself as I walked out thinking to myself why would they think I would try this again? They watched people come in and out and I was there over a hour asking about my order? Horrible customer service, there was a lady who I thought was waiting for her food opening boxes and helping try to organize, no one had gloves on. None of them knew how to organize the meals to orders. Just really disappointed and hungry as I sit in the drive thru leaving...
Read moreWe stayed at The London Bridge Resort. Dolce-To-Go is right down Swanson about 4 blocks. Very nice menu with pictures that represent what you find when you open the boxes. Simply Put, "The Pasta, Cheese Toast, and Pizza was FANTASTIC"!!! The only glitch and reason for the four stars. The driver couldn't find "THE LONDON BRIDGE RESORT"??? The guy has One Job. If they were on the other side of town, maybe. But, FOUR BLOCKS AWAY. We were in the lobby at 6:30pm for a 6:40pm delivery. 7:00 pm we get a call, the driver can't find "THE LONDON BRIDGE RESORT". WOW, so he blew a ten dollar tip. So FOR Great Italian Food, DOLCE-TO-GO for a fur sure good meal. BTW, we live one and a half hours away from Lake Havasu, and come here a few times each month. DOLCE-TO-GO will be our place to pickup dinner after a day spent in...
Read moreCOME DOWN TO DOLCE TO-GO. All I can say, is WOW. We have been coming to town for years and years, and of course we have to stop at La Vita Dolce. However, sometimes we don’t have time or energy to experience the wonderful dine-in, so we head over to To-Go which is conveniently right next door! They even offer their own delivery service (which we use a lot, we love their little team of drivers). The menu is just a slimmed down version of the classic Dolce menu, with a few of their own extra twists. Do not listen to these one - star reviews of experiences and food that don’t happen often, no one is perfect! They will always make it right for you if you just ask! We will always be back! Can’t go wrong with a meat lovers pizza or classic spaghetti with their house made Meatsauce...
