Cricket has been great! I switched two phones from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. The service is great and affordable. Jay used to help me at Radio Shack with all my technology needs and now he works at Cricket Wireless since Radio Shack has closed. He informed me of the great rates and the exceptional service. I am a retired California Highway patrol officer and I enjoy embracing new technology. Jay helped me setup and learn how to use my new Windows smartphone. He has been a plus, not only for me but for Cricket Wireless as well. He was a great help at Radio Shack and now at Cricket., he has great customer service skills. I think they should make him the manager of the store with his customer service skills. Maybe in the future they could make him a rep for the company since he is such a good teacher. If he could teach this dumb ex motorcycle cop how to use all my new toys, computers,tablets,phones etc. he can teach anybody.

I made the dumb decision on moving to cricket and have found out clearly that you get what u pay for service is horrible they lock your phone my phone I paid 1500 for so u can’t leave and they make it extremely hard I still owed money to Verizon they let me take my phone and bounce after 10 years they new I would be back 2 months with cricket I was pleading yea 50.00 more no problem text messages won’t go through pictures take for ever and cricket are using tin foil home made antennas on the bottom of pole to give me service...

We are very happy with our experience at the cricket store in Lake Havasu. We did shop at Verizon, Sprint and various other stores and Jay at your store was so helpful and informative and was able to find a plan that works for us so we chose cricket. Jay was very professional and he knew the plans and could answer all our questions. He then helped us after we got the phone to work out what we needed.
