Arizona Rebel Republic Havasu — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Went in just before the dinner hour and were greeted and seated right away! Jacob was the server and did a great job with all aspects of service! We had different cocktails a hard seltzer, beer and a couple of the drinks of the month which were a gin base mojito type drink. Not recommended!! By the drinkers 😝. For the meal there a street taco plate with a side ( Onion Rings were the choice) tacos were just ok nothing special rings were straight out of the Ore-Ida bags. A plate of ceviche tostada stack were shared and this was made by someone who has no idea what ceviche is, not flavor bland with a salsa that matches. I had the Rebel Burger it was good choice meat had flavor toppings fresh all around good choice fries could be better. Over all liked their service the food just average! Josh and Andrew were absolutely wonderful. Carley was amazing.

Andrew greeted me instantly as I entered and sat at the bar. Josh waited on me and was my bartender. His drinks were out of this world. Even the S’more’s Martini that he made on the fly. Absolutely impressed. Carley was a server for others but always stopped by to check up and enhance the great asthetic this place has. Even though I wasn’t her customer, she still ensured to go above and beyond in my experience.

I have dined here before and will always return for the great food and wonderful atmosphere.

Oh my goodness! We had such a fantastic meal. And we were so shocked at how wonderful everything was on day 2. The service was great and the food was excellent and everything was paced very well.

We started with the carnitas sliders and the Bavarian pretzels with queso. For entres we got the steak sando and the chicken gratin. Chicken was cooked perfectly, the cheese spread that tops it was so flavorful. I was so excited to try it I forgot to take a picture.

We had a few cocktails too, they were unique and yummy!
