The food was delicious and our server was very polite. When we entered the restaurant around 5:15 the host was very cordial and offered us a table in the bar and mentioned that the table was reserved for 6:30. I didn't think at the time this would be a problem, and now in hindsight, I wonder why as a customer I was even told this? Why was I put in charge of my dining timeline? We had a glass of wine and a beer and waited for our server to return. She passed us several times, but I wasn't concerned as she was just doing her job. When she arrived we ordered an appetizer which took at least 20 minutes to show up. Once again, not our server's fault and I wasn't concerned. We were enjoying our time. We liked the very delicious risotto balls and waited for our server to return. We ordered our entrees and they came in less time than the appetizer. We ordered another wine and beer to go with our meal. We were just finishing up around 6:25. I looked at my watch as I recalled the host's comment about 6:30 and started to panic. Once again, why was I put in charge of monitoring my dining time experience? My spouse had 3/4 of a beer left and I 1/4 of my wine. I told him we needed to finish up as I could see the bartender and host kept looking over at us. I finished my wine, but my husband was not able to guzzle his beer. During our dinner we struck up a conversation with a couple sitting next to us and they were kind enough to let us slide over so my husband could finish his beer. The host was just heading over to our table, to tell us he needed the table, as we moved over. He smiled and said, "Thank you!". I'm writing this because I felt like it was somehow our fault that we were not finished by 6:30. I feel like our server should have been informed of the timeline, not us. I want to emphasize that I have no complaints against our server, other than she never told us her name. Even though we enjoyed our meal, I can't help feeling awkward about how it ended to the point that even though your menu is awesome, I...

I tried to order an appetizer and as I was in the middle of ordering he walked away. He then came back 10 minutes later and asked us what we wanted to order. An appetizer I asked questions about the appetizer and the specials and he said can’t you read.???? WOW 🤯. At this time I now don’t want an appetizer. I then asked about the special. (MP) on the sea bass. I’m just asking the price. He said if you need to know the price maybe you can’t afford it. I asked what his problem was and he said he’s from the east coast and this is just the way he is. At this time I just wanted to leave but I didn’t want to go out with my boys without eating dinner. So I sucked it up and ordered the Italian stroganoff. A young man delivered our food and we started to enjoy our meal as I was extremely upset with our server Arlo’s Attitude. He stopped by again to ask how we were doing. I said the food so far was good. He then said figures SO FAR. Then walked away. He then walked over to the table next to us. The man said he was from Europe and was asking about the entrée. ARLO said he does not have time to explain. In mid conversation ARLO walked away. I was in total disbelief. The man that he was speaking to was a prominent world famous engine builder for jet skis. 😮. We half way finished our food then asked for a manager. The manager wanted to comp our meal. I politely declined. I wanted to pay the entire meal as the problem was not with the kitchen it was the server. She said she keeps having this problem with him but the owners won’t get rid of him. She was very apologetic. She still comped us 50% because of Aldo’s self proclaimed east coast attitude. Unfortunately the restaurant, the bussers, the expeditors and whoever else this creep tips out suffered because of his attitude. I will also be calling the owner to give them my utmost dissatisfaction. If I could give less than a 1...
Read moreMy wife and I set out on what we thought would be a fun restaurant to go based on a recommendation from a friend. When we got there we were greeted immediately from the host that could not have been friendlier and were seated right away. My initial thoughts of the restaurant were that it lacked a comfortable feel , nothing soft or romantic about for an Italian restaurant, no table clothes, no candles it looked more like a pizza joint. Our waitress came right away and took our drink orders which was nice. When we ordered our entrees my wife ordered the Chicken Marsala and I ordered the Meat Lasagna. When I looked over at what was supposed to be Chicken Marsala it looked like a chicken fried steak over Spaghetti and swimming in a watered down what they called Marsala sauce. I could tell when she took a bite she was disappointed and she immediately offered me a bite and it tasted like a bland chicken soaked in a watered down white wine sauce not even a hint of what it should have tasted. When I looked at my Lasagna it looked very appetizing but when I took a bite it tasted like a bunch of blended bland hamburger meat mixed with who knows what kind of cheese, I would have preferred having a Stouffers frozen Lasagna from the grocery store. The food quality coupled with the fact there was a waiter that must have known someone at the table next to us that couldn't stop talking about himself which was bothering me because he was so loud I felt like it was not polite. Anyway I give it one star because the food was horrible and we only took three bites of each of our meal and that was two too many. My wife is Italian and should sell her Lasagna recipe to them maybe it could give them a starting point on what a Lasagna should have a far as ingredients and how it should taste. Anyway we will not be back , we know what good Italian is and...
