Walgreens — Local services in Lake Havasu City

Terrible experience trying to return some items bought a couple days ago. Unopened, not used with receipt and I paid cash. The problem arose from $1 walgreens rewards that I redeemed. The employee told me the full amount had to be returned for store credit. I countered with but I paid cash. I understood the $1 reward to be returned as store credit but not the full amount I paid with cash. So I asked for supervisor. She said has to be store credit even though I explained the situation. She said I don't know how to override it so has to be store credit. (I normally don't shop here that's why I didn't want store credit, I only get my medicine here with my HSA card). I said is there a manager here she said no and that no one knows how to override this. She told me to come back tomorrow which I said I go home today from vacation. I said this is ridiculous a cash return shouldn't be this hard and that someone should know how to do this here, daily. They wouldn't give me my money back and wouldn't reverse the return so I could take it to another walgreens in my hometown to get my cash back. Worst experience ever here. The last 2 years this place has declined so much its horrible! Rude pharmacists, after waiting long times on phone, they hang up on you or it sends you to a different line which just rings. It takes hours just to speak with the pharmacists. They are very short staffed & was told many quit due to refusing the covid shot. Even the pharmacists & workers know the shot is not safe! They also run out of medicine all the time, even though I've been getting the same medication every month for 10 years! Unbelievable! They also said they no longer except cash payments for medication???!!!! WTH! They are losing tons of customers and money!! I got smart and switched to another pharmacy! The old pharmacists "Wayne" was wonderful and the place ran pretty well, but he is no longer there either. Which is another reason the place is falling apart! They get very rude pharmacists working there that can barely speak English and hang up on you when you don't understand what was said! Unbelievable how they are running this place!! Go...

Just read all these complaints You can tell the executives at Walgreens headquarters don’t read these reviews at all! So I went into Walgreens yesterday morning and I was really sick and went in to go get a Covid test Only to find out they didn’t order them. I had go across the street to the other pharmacy where they have a isle stocked full of them.. but back at Walgreens the Old lady behind the counter couldn’t figure out how to use the register so She went to go get a supervisor who was laughing and talking in the back with another employee the poor old lady had to walk all the way back there to get her and Ask for help, I’ve never ever been to a pharmacy this horrible In my life.I will never return to this store and would encourage everybody to just go across the street where they have everything and better customer service than the way I...
