From 5 stars to 1. Husband drove from Holiday Lakes 45mins for lunch for me today since I'm working. When he got back all 5 sandwiches were hard, unedible, overcooked and on one you can see the burn marks from the cooking racks. I tried to call the store multiple times no one answered. So I called corporate. They were incredibly nice. I offered to send the photos I took they said not necessary I didn't need to keep the food either and that someone from the store would get back to me with my refund information. 2 hours later Jessica who says shes the store manager for this location calls me and tells me that I need to bring back the food for my refund. I told her the above she said "they are not corporate they are a 3rd party company and don't know our policies". I said regardless I tried to contact the store and no one answered for 20 minutes. Then I called the chick fil a cares line. And now it's been 2 hours. I was told I didn't need it so I tossed it. She doesn't care and refuses then doesn't want to give me her owners info and reluctantly gave me her name. I called the cares line back as I told Jessica I would. They apologized on her behalf and are putting a ticket through to the Owner and only the owner. I have never ever had 1 issue with chick fil a EVER. This is the only location anywhere close. Read moreUpdate: The manager called and accutually listened. He wanted to understand what was going on because he wanted to keep this from happening again. We know it is a long wait at lunch hour but before and after shouldn't be. Because the Manager reached out, and os interested in what happened, I am increasing my rating to 3 star.
I would not recommend the drive thru at all. I was in line at 10:51 because it is normally slower before 11. I placed my order at 11:04 and did not get my food until 11:21 and my food was COLD! That is completely unacceptable! Because they made me late, I called to tell them to fix it, and they did not care and asked if I had the app. I told them I did when it 1st came out, but stopped because it was hacked. I was told I should have used the app?! I have been a long time customer since they were in the mall and if I am at the drive thru, why would I se the app when everywhere else if your already there, the drive thru is faster. Read moreWe have used this location sparingly in the past and I will no longer order from them again, or any other Chick Fil A location since their process create a huge level of unreliability.
An order was placed for a company safety meeting and when we went to pick it up, it was THEN that they told us the card was not going through.
They explained that they could not even run the card manually, because their machine would not allow that to happen.
We were required to resubmit the order online from a cell phone, which still did not work. However, when we placed the order at a different business, the card worked just fine online and did not cause us any issues.
This was an incredible inconvenience, considering that we had planned to feed our employees for this meeting, on time.
A sensible business, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, charges you upfront and has the food prepared when you get there. Had they done this basic function, we would have known well ahead of time that it would not be ready for the meeting and could have made other arrangements.
