Done with this store it has gone downhill since the new location, they love to make you spend more money than you need to! We have been lied to several times, and if you go back in to ask them why your bill is nowhere near what you was told it would be for getting something other than what you wanted, they do not remember helping you or know why you were told this. Or why the promotion was on the 16 gig ONLY not the 32 gig you was sold instead, and now instead of half off we are stuck with a $900 phone that we didn't even want in the first place, yes we could return it, for a fee! And take it away from our son who loves it? It wasn't till our next bill that we realized we had gotten got. Today was the last straw this lady could care less about my phone not charging properly and me having to reset it daily because it freezes up.....she was more worried about talking with her coworker about another customer in the store, that seemed to know nothing! There's so much more that was said by her that I was going to write but just changed my mind, it is not good, but I can't put it out there......just know that I am glad I have Verizon, we have been with Verizon for over 16 years now, but this store is making me want to switch. I WAS THEN PUT ON THE COMPUTER WAITING LIST TO GET HELP. AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET MY PHONE TO WORK.THEY ORDERED ONE ONLINE AND HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY HOME WHICH I DID NOT WANT. I AM ON CALL FOR WORK AND NEED A WORKING PHONE NOW. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A LOANER PHONE OR GIVE ME THE SAME PHONE THEY JUST ORDERED ONLINE IN STORE. THEY SAID THE ONLY THING I COULD DO WAS FIND SOMEONE WITH A OLD VERIZON PHONE AND USE IT. SINCE MY PHONE WAS STILL NOT WORKING MY HUSBAND CALLED VERIZON CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A PHONE. CORPORATE THEN THIS STORE WITH MY HUSBAND STILL ON THE PHONE AND THEY WERE RUDE TO THEM. CORPORATE SENT US TO THE SUGAR LAND STORE WHERE WE GOT THE HELP WE NEEDED. (manager) every time I go to the Lake Jackson store and his customer service is always at 110% and he almost always (9 out of 10 times) has the answers to my questions right away!!! I've been with Verizon for 12 years now and Iāve been to numerous Verizon Stores over the years and Jerry is by far the best Verizon Associate I've ever dealt with! He always goes the extra mile and checks to make sure that I am getting the best deal available on both devices and my plan. I see why he is the Manager, it's much deserved and well earned!! He is the right man for the job!
He is someone that I trust well enough to send my wife by herself and know that he won't take advantage and try to sell her something that she doesn't want or need!
