I went to Angel’s after purchasing some earrings from him. My boyfriend has been going to him for years. Today, I purchased a beautiful tennis bracelet which I couldn’t afford. I sold some of my jewelry. He gave me such a great deal that I left the store with my bracelet. I had enough to sell without putting any money down.

I was ecstatic. I’ve been looking at this bracelet and dreaming about it. Angel is honest, fair and kind He made me feel like I was a priority despite people coming in. He even put a chain on it in case the clasp opens. I really wanted it so he put the chain on an hour even if he was so busy

Honestly, I didn’t feel like a customer, he made me feel like I was family. In today’s world of hustle and bustle, he never ever made me feel rushed.

Only a few business men are like him today. He’s a gem. I’m only going to do business with him. I’m going to tell all my friends and family to do business with him too.

My tennis bracelet and my diamond earrings are spectacular. I told my bf that I’m never gonna take them off except to clean them. Btw, he also offered to clean all my jewelry for free

This jewelry store is a JOKE!! My husband had bought my engagement ring here. I have had so many issues with diamonds falling off, and I take GREAT care of my rings. LITERALLY EVERY TIME I took my ring to get the diamond replaced, they would give me a yellow diamond that did not match any of the other diamonds. It would stick out like a sore thumb. They also did a horrible soldering job(looked like 2 rings put together with glue. Not smooth at all) and that area began cracking a few months later.

To finish our experience, the owner Angel, called my husband (after dropping off the ring once again to get diamond replaced) and threatened him. Angel told my husband that if he came into his store again, he would call security on him. This is NOT how you treat customers!

So politely rude about looking at jewelry that turned out to be not real. I didn’t ask for the attitude, I just wanted to know what it was. The lady was banging it around, I had to ask for a mat or something to be put down because “it means something to me, even if it doesn’t to you.” Pretty sad experience. I asked if the various types of stones and are real and get really no answer. I’ve never had a reason to go into Angel’s to purchase anything, but now I definitely won’t!

I’ve also read the reviews, so I expect a snarky comment. Save it. Do a better job interacting with the “lowly” people who come into your store. You have no excuse, but you could do better - you never know when those “lowly” people actually have money and you make a bad impression for...
