This store is located at the end of the mall closest to state highway 288. I was told it is in the former Sears location. They are really doing everything right to make sure their customers feel safe with all the right covid precautions in place. First they have doors on the T.J. Maxx side and the Home Goods side. They have now converted the doors on the T.J. Maxx side as the entrance and Home Goods side as the exit. Very well done. When you enter the vestibule they have a greeter cleaning carts and offering masks if needed. The store is bright, clean and very well organized. The prices seemed very reasonable. The line for the registers is created so customers never face each other and plenty of space to stay apart. You approach the registers when called by checkout number. They clean the counter after every customer and then customers proceed in the same orderly direction to the exit. They are doing a phenomenal job. I took my elderly parents on this trip and they were very impressed. I am sure they will be back soon as my mother is updating her home with all the bargain prices...
Read moreI have been going to Tj Maxx the past week during the night time with my Family for last minute Christmas shopping and the experience is horrible and the customer service is terrible. My girlfriend recently worked here for tj Maxx mind you she is a great worker and was always harassed by Tracy Stephens and today on December 23, 2024 she was being unprofessional along with her daughter and following us around the store pointing and making my family and I feel uncomfortable. My family and I couldn’t shop for anything without that manager Tracy Stephens being unprofessional and literally following us outside the store of TjMaxx and i sensed that she was going to start an argument towards my girlfriend and I around my family. If anyone can get me HR’s number or...
Read moreI had been looking forward to going to the new store since I have enjoyed shopping at Home Goods in other locations. My experience was ok until I tried to exit the store. At the end of the checkout isle a shopping cart was blocking the exit. A store employee was standing there talking to another employee. I bumped the cart a little to get it to exit out of the isle so I could move it and return it and my cart to the cart return. The employee whipped around and gave me a look. The return was pretty full so I pushed the extra cart and my cart off to the side of the cart return. The employee then said very loudly and with conviction “That doesn’t go there!” I said I was just trying to get out of the store. It is unbelievable how rude she was and...
