Arby's — Restaurant in Lake Purdy

The only part of the order that was prepared correctly was the curly fries. The female "manager" had a terrible attitude. You would think she would know the customers could see and hear her sarcasm as she had to redo parts of the order over more than once. By the time the order was finished all the food was cold. I asked who the manager was and the counter worker pointer to the girl that prepared the order. After 15 minutes, the chicken sliders were prepared with mustard when I asked for mayo and pickles only; the Reuban had to be sent back 3 times befor it was correct and the Cuban was totally cold and the cheese like rubber by the time I got to the table. I went back to the counter and asked to speak to the manager as a young man came our instead of the girl. He apologized for the mistakes and offered a refund in which I said no. The young counter guy brought me a refund towards the end of the meal and apologized for such bad service. He should be promoted to manager. He was the only person working without cutting up. He stayed busy, even coming to the dining room and totally washing every chair in the place. While we were eating the other managers (I was told by the male manager there were multiple managers on duty) were cutting up the wheat time. WE WERE THERE BETWEEN 4:30 AND 5 PM AND THE PLACE WAS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS. The only reason our order was not prepared correctly was the workers were not focused...

Online advertisement says that an Arby's you get a free roast beef sandwich, but when I went by the Arby's they're only giving 10%, which why would you go and get 10% off, when you can go to Buffalo wild wings or you can go to applebee's, and the meal is completely free you can even go to Golden corral and get all you can eat buffet for absolutely free that's normally $20, but here at arby's, a regular roast beef sandwich you only get 10% off which only saves taxes...

You have one day a year, only one day a year when you can give a veteran a free meal, and only one day out of the whole year and only one sandwich, and you can't even give that, when you got out of the restaurants like Golden corral giving away and all you can eat buffet for $20, or I just got finished with Buffalo wild wings, where I got a $15.99 bill for absolutely free, but Arby's one day a year can't give up a four-dollar sandwich to a veteran who fought for the country....... Only 10% to save taxes, every other restaurant is doing a lot better than that, that's a shame and because of that I won't be...

The food was good, but the service was horrible. We went in and stood at the counter to order for a solid three or four minutes without even being acknowledged. No one else was in the restaurant, and the workers seems to be restocking but wouldn’t even make eye contact. One young guy was stocking right in front of us and carefully didn’t look at us, but did at least whistle at another worker to come take our order. She finally did, looking the entire time like we were wasting her precious time with our unreasonable request for food.

Meanwhile, two women came in behind us and had to wait even longer. The young guy whistled for the same girl, who looked him dead in the eye and backed away out of sight. She never came back. These two women were only having their order taken as we walked out (after a second eternity of waiting for our food to be handed to us), and it was being done by someone who admitted to another employee that he didn’t know how to, but was forced to because no one else would.
