It's been many moons ago since I've stepped foot inside a Chili's. My first experience with Chili's was when a coworker brought their skillet queso & chips for everyone to have. I remember really enjoying the cheese dip, with seasoned beef & oily, yet crispy, tostada chips. I've maybe been to Chili's once or twice after that. So, when I saw an email in my inbox for a free appetizer or dessert, I couldn't pass up the enticing offer of free food.

Being the first one to arrive, I sat at the bar. Ordering is via the Ziosk tablets, which the friendly bartender informed me how to log in and redeem my reward.

Tableside guacamole- First came a heaping plate of delicious warm tostada chips & house salsa. The house salsa was chunky with a good amount of heat. The chips were oily, yet crispy & not soggy.

The bartender then brought out the tableside guac accoutrements- fresh avocadoes lime diced red onion salt diced tomatoes chopped cilantro fire-roasted jalapeno (extra per request)

Made right in front of me, the guacamole was creamy & extremely filling. I didn't feel bad stuffing my face since I was pigging out on the superfood of all superfoods, the avocado. All that healthy fat & nutrients filled me up until snack time 10 minutes later ;p I asked for a container to take the tostada chips home. Instead, I was given a packaged bag of fresh chips, along with a container of the house salsa. Cool!

Several TV's had football & soccer on to enjoy. Service was great. My soda water w/lime was refilled whenever it was running low & the manager came by & asked how I was doing. Chili's was dead while I was there, as I managed to miss the lunch crowd. Because of that, there seemed to be a lot of seating, both in the bar and restaurant

Parking is in a private lot shared by Jimmy John's, Jamba Juice & other businesses.

Another birthday reward bite the dust! Chili's does a fine job as a Happy Hour spot - grabbing a few drinks, ordering some app's & enjoying the game. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Chili's last night (04/26/13) for our first time. As we're parking i see a long line inside and a couple people outside the restaurant waiting to be seated. When i went inside, the waiting time was from 25-30 minutes, my boyfriend and I decided to stay since we were starving. Eiden who was the person that took my name down obviously didtn know how to spell KARLA. As we waited and waited i saw more people coming in, not only that but the people that came in 15 minutes after us were seated before us. Their were at least 4 couples that came in after us and they were all being seated before us. I noticed that we've been waiting for more than 45 minutes i went to Eiden and asked her is she called my name, she said Karla right i said yes and she said we were called 20 minutes ago, when she pointed at my name it said KARINA, that's not my name so of course i wasn't gonna go when they were saying "KARINA, PARTY OF TWO!!", all Eiden said was "oh, youll be the next person to be seated' i was ok with it, but after she said we will be next she kept calling other people. After she called 2 couples i went again and told her that i hope I was her first priority to be seated and i didn't care if it was a table for 5 people. She rolled her eyes like if she didn't care what i was telling her. Within 2 minutes her shift was over i didn't see her communicate any of this with the person taking her place, she got her phone and Starbucks and went to go sit down with her friends at a table. I was very disappointed on this very low customer care. Even though i did talk to the manager and she was really nice she offered to take care of us if we stayed, but i was so mad that we decided to go, because we were starving we ended up going to a fast food restaurant. I dont think i will be coming to this place again, i would rather drive a little further and get the great customer care that I am looking for than what we got...

So sad and disappointed after spending my hard earned money, to be wasted on trash food!!! We tried to take our son out to dinner and let's just say, it was a bad decision all around!!! I used to be a food server so I look at EVERYTHING, unfortunately!!! We were seated right away which was nice and the young gentlemen was very friendly, ty who ever you are!!! The store was grossly dirty and needs a deep clean, the booth we were in had ketchup residue, and all kinds of food particles and slop all over the windows and sills and walls, let's just say yukkkkkk, glad I noticed after I ate (and I didnt eat much because was so not restaurant quality, at all, sadly!!!) My son ordered the Ribeye and yes I know this is NO steakhouse but come on......... it looked like it was microwaved, I should have taken a photo but left phones in car to enjoy no interruptions. It was ordered as medium and came out well well done like chewy jerky, just the sight of it I knew it was crap!!! He was a trooper and was SO hungry, he ate it. My husband and I had 2 of the fajita trios and the wooden plates the skillets were brought on, looked like they were from 1990, and no sizzle at all to them like before. Our shrimp was like rocks and steak was rare, thank God the chicken was decent so we could eat, whew!!! All in all I'm leaving this review in sadness, as the quality has definitely gone way down and please don't waste your money in trying to eat at this establishment. I never noticed a manger at all walking around dining room to check on things. I did see all the servers, expoditers ( only them and buss boys were noticeable) and employees standing in kitchen!!! Customer and hospitality service here has definitely diminished here, I hope they can get it together!!! Yikes so disappointed!!! I felt bad as our server tried but when the rest of your team sucks, you can't carry it all,...
