I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 45 minutes. When you put your items into the cart on the app it gives an estimate time which said 15 minutes. When you click submit order is when you’re given a pick up time. It was too long for our schedule so we went into the location. We were told “your order won’t be ready until your time” even think there were only 2 people in the store. It was still 30 minutes until my order was ready. I asked for my money back. The worker stormed off super upset with me and told me she needed to call her manager to give me my money back. In the meantime, I went on both the app and website which stated I needed to contact the store I made my order through to cancel it. Even if you call customer service it says that on the automated message. The worker came back and gave me severe attitude. She stood at the register for maybe 30 seconds and then told me she couldn’t do it that I needed to call customer service. When I told her that I just did and looked it up and that she was the one who was supposed to give me my refund she threw her hands up and told me she couldn’t do anything. She didn’t even attempt to try. Once I found out for absolutely certain that I needed to get my order cancelled through the store, I was already on the road to where I was late for, so I called. The phone rang and rang and rang. I called 18 times. I also called a corporate number that specifically said they wouldn’t return my phone call if it was about a order cancellation but I left a voicemail anyway. To this day I’ve never been able to get through to a manager at your store and to this day I’ve never gotten my money back. The worker was extremely rude and it was a highly uncomfortable situation. I work in food industry and understand a rush. But I also understand POS systems and know there was absolutely a way for her to cancel. Read moreI went here a few days ago to try it out again, i had a bad experiance years ago at a different location, that first experiance at this location wasn't the best. My sandwich took about 30 minutes to get to me, understanding that this is a new location i waited patiently and just watched the employees working, one stood out the most having massive productivity (quickness, cleanliness, and good product) which i enjoyed.
I gave the place another shot today when i had more time to wait expecting the sandwich to take a little longer than normal again. To my surprise that particular employee with the great production took my order and mention she recognized me from the other day. I was surprised she recognized me and i gave her the compliment how how well paced she worked. The fact that when i cam in the first time and they were slammed that she not only kept pace, but also recognized me (although i didn't even speak to her) is what surprised me.

I told Alice what had happened twice before and that I wanted to make sure my sanwldwiches were on rosemary parmesean bread. She did not offer an apology for the previous mistake but gave me a snarky response, "Are you sure? Sometimes they don't sprinkle enough on the bread." Yes, I am sure. When we went to pay, she tells the cashier what we ordered then very loudly says, "On rosemary parm!" When my order was ready she made sure to say that she "triple checked" that my sandwiches were made correctly because she made them herself. Her attitude was not called for, my orders have been made wrong before and I let it slide, but two visits, two different occasions and different staff?
