Joe's Deli & Restaurant — Restaurant in Lakewood

My recent visit to Joe's Deli was an absolute delight from start to finish! I had heard great things about this place, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations.

Amanda, our server, deserves special mention for her outstanding service. Not only was she incredibly friendly and attentive, but she went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. She took the time to sit down with us, engaging in delightful conversation and making us feel right at home. Her genuine warmth and hospitality were truly appreciated.

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the pastrami melt and corned beef. The flavors were simply divine! The pastrami melt was a perfect combination of tender pastrami, melted cheese, and fresh bread, creating a mouthwatering explosion of flavors with each bite. The corned beef was equally impressive, with its rich and savory taste that was expertly prepared.

To our surprise and delight, Amanda treated us to complimentary brownies and a sample of their famous corned beef. This unexpected gesture of kindness made our visit even more special and showcased the generosity of Joe's Deli.

Well that was disappointing. New to town and a friend recommended this place. I looked at the menu on the website and then called to ask if they did carryout. Was answered sarcastically like I asked a dumb question. Was then given a "whadyawant" and I asked for the "tri-fecta" listed on their menu and she told me they don't have anything like that on their menu. She then asked which location I was asking about. I said the one that's listed on Google Maps as being on Madison and she said no we're on 117th. Confused I said okay sorry my mistake I called the number listed on Google maps for the location on Madison. She said no were on 117th. I said okay sorry have a good day. They're on the corner or 117th and Madison. So to summarize... they have rude customer service, their menu isn't correct or their staff doesn't know what's on it, and they don't know their address. How does someone new to the area know your address and menu and have better customer service attitude than your employee? I thought this would be a new favorite spot but now I could never bring myself to...

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life whats sad about this place is the food is actually great and great priced but wow the service makes you never want to go back! Yesterday morning I witnessed a flustered server try serving 2 tables including mine while being called to the kitchen to help cook.. The owner was sitting in front of me having a sit down w a female, even after hearing his kitchen staff and servers fighting LOUD AND CLEAR, clearly flustered.. He ignored and walked to the kitchen to fix himself and his female guest 2 meals while two tables were waiting for their food for 45 minutes now.. My table included.. It got so bad the ladies behind us went into the kitchen and poured their own coffee!!!!!! The staff let them and continued too because they just DIDNT CARE! THE OWNER WAS WATCHING THIS ALL GO DOWN! We left when it hit the hour mark and still no food and we only ordered 3 breakfast plates. In need of NEW OWNER AND...
