Two Cousins Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

The most upsetting experience I have had with a local restaurant in years. After waiting over an hour for our delivery, I called to check on our order. The woman who answered the phone could not locate our order in the computer and after speaking with someone else there, explained to me there was a mix up and they thought I was coming to pick up our order. She continued to explain the driver was no on their way with our food. I expressed concern that I was no longer interested because I knew the food would be cold and they could take the food back and just refund my credit card. Things escalated quickly and she ended up screaming at me on the phone telling me to just ‘heat the pizza up in the oven.’ I went on to explain that I was not spending $56 on food to have to reheat it after over an hour wait time. She continued telling me telling me how busy they were and there was nothing to be done to fix the problem and hung up on me. I called back about 45 minutes later asking to speak with a manager only to be told the boss would not be until next week and I would have to wait for a phone call at that point. I am disgusted with the complete lack of customer service as well as the luke warm food I spent $66 ($10 delivery tip) on. I will never order from Two Cousins again and I am saddened by this as we order from them 1-2 times...

Accidentally placed an order online thinking it was delivery only to find out it was only for pick up. They have the ability to deliver but refused to because they used two diferent systems and if I wanted to get it delivered I'd have to place another order and pay AGAIN. I'm disabled and dont have a car. My daughter had to go catch the bus to go to work and the two cousins kept my food and my money. Stay away!

Edit in order to reply: dont worry I would NEVER! never ate at ur location and after today I never will. Any reputable business after been made aware of the error would have corrected or refunded if it's something they couldn't fulfill. I dont know what kind of system you're working with that doesnt allow you to modify an order with something so simple as switching from puck up to delivery. This whole thing is absurd and I don't know who you spoke with but after the ordeal I lost my appetite and I promise you it wasnt me!

8 dollars for a 2 dollar pizza is wild 😂 them time square prices we in the country most of these businesses are lucky to be open and they have the nerve to charge you 8 dollars wile they pay the employee less than 15hr and for the people who actually pay my lord they are sheep. I walked right out and went to McDonald's twice the food for half the price. The pizza is good for 2 dollars, and that's even high. All the comments say they're from nyc, but their not.
