Denny's — Restaurant in Lancaster

Last night Oct. 4, 2017 at 11ish pm my friend and I decided to go to Denny's (Ave K). The waiter that helped us was very nice and attentive. He took down our order later when he came back with our food I notice a short hair (about an inch long) on my food. I told him right away before walking away. He saw it he apologized and told me he was going to bring me a new plate and by the way I order a breakfast plate (hash brown, 2 sunny side up eggs with a side of 2 pancakes). Unbelievable!!! I got another hair on my plate my friend told me to just eat my food and remove the hair from my plate (which was on the edge of the plate) the hair wasn't touching the food I was starving so I ate my food except for my pancakes. I asked for a box because I kinda lost my appetite so I took my pancakes home and this morning when I heat up my pancakes I was almost half way done and I got another HAIR! I called my friend to let him know I said to him IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE!! he laughed he said "what's going on with them, are they going bald?" I called Denny's right away I asked to speak with the manager she got on the phone. I told her i had a complain and that I didn't want nothing in return I just wanted to bring this to her attention so she can make sure who ever is in the kitchen is wearing their hairnet. She said that has NEVER ever happened and that she didn't believe me (which I can understand because I couldn't believe that was happening to me) my friend didn't get a hair unless he didn't see it lol so back to my experience she said that she was very very busy she raised her voice and asked me "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!? I asked her why she was being rude she endup hanging up I called back a guy picked up the phone I asked him for corporate phone number he rudely told me to look it up on Google and hung up. This Dennys is by far the best one in the antelope valley. The the servers are great, the cleaning staff (bus boys) are very helpful and do a great job. One person I saw stand out the most was the Hostess. My family and I went on a Sunday morning and we dreaded it but my wife really wanted to go. The hostess was up there by her self for at least half an hour with a line of people that she tried to get seated as soon as she could, I seen cash her customers out and run to the table they just left to clean it because the bus boy was busy getting drinks for another table, and then she ran up and sat us. Still managed to us our drinks , smile and be very polite and let us know our server would be with us shorty, but before she left she played with out son and made sure to tell him she wanted to see his coloring page up on their bored. Then she ran back and talked to a few people to let know that she would seat as soon as something opened up... the food took a little time but there was a big table that was there before us, so im assuming the cooks had their hands full, but still very good. The staff was amazing, my server was Nazim , he was great , super funny. And the hostess's name is crystal. Very sweet and hard worker. We love it here, but I told my wife no more Sundays hahaha this dennys is so great , everyone makes a point to come visit this one...

I am a regular customer today and every time I have this male manager as a server when I go in there the other servers always give me what I asked for and that's hot syrup with no problem they know how to serve their guess when I ask for it but this Male Hispanic Manager seems to never want to give me what I asked for he always comes up with an excuse why he don't give me hot syrup and I feel that I was very disrespected not treated right spoke to in the wrong matter he was very unprofessional he's a Hispanic and I am a black American woman and I feel that the poor choices that he made was racially motivated because I heard and sit there and watched him talk to other people that was in there of the same race as he and he was very polite and nice and he was not that way with me or any other black person I seen him speak to and I feel like the customer is always right and he stood standing there in front of me and my partner and argued with us he is not going to get us what we asked for hot syrup I even offered for him to even pour it on for us but he still argues stating that he is not going to get us what we asked for very poor Management service and customer service coming from this Male Manager between 9:34 and 10:00 a.m. on Thursday October 24th I feel there's something really need to be done about...
