This was by far one of the worst experiences Iāve ever had with a restaurant in quite some time. I ordered online and picked up my order and then placed an additional order and wanted to utilize the discount card they previously provided me with a delivery order. The cashier on 9/13 approximately 5:00 was so rude! No one greeted me upon walking in. First, she said we donāt take these promo cards anymore. (Me: What do you mean? ā¦.your restaurant gave me the cardāthereās no expiration date). Secondly, she said she didnāt know how to apply the code in the system, and thirdly she said let me call my manager.
Weāre talking maybe ($1 + off promo) in its entirety and it took a lot of back and forth between her and the two other employees and then with the multiple calls to the manager) maybe 10-15 minutes of my time. While, my online order just sat there getting cold. Typically, I would have just left but I wanted to see it throughā¦so that I could leave room for them to redeem themselves. I understand the cashier was frustrated (because the manager didnāt answer her call on the first few attempts). However, her frustration towards me was unnecessary.
Bbq chopped brisket on the potatoes was just ok; meat was really dry! One of the lids from the bbq sauce came off and spilled over everything. It really would have came in handy because as mentioned the meat was dry. Staff members need to take more time and pay attention so that this doesnāt happen again. Also, stop disseminating promo material without expiration dates and without restrictions if you donāt plan to honor them. The back of the card had a promo for catering which would have been a much bigger issue! Itās just not smart.
In short: this is an extremely poorly ran restaurant. Apparently, there is lack of attention and supervision going on here. The price point just doesnāt match the food and service quality for us to continue to...

Unfortunately, I was proven wrong by the owner of this establishmentā¦I will not say his name for some sort of respect but what happen to me and my family was not called for and show lack of customer service from his establishment. A catering order was placed at this location and was partially picked up due to internal issues or concerns the owner hadā¦implying that me as a client/customer was taking advantage of his establishment when there was a order placed and a invoice/receipt charges and paid in full he decided it was not enough money and did not want to give me the rest of my food. After approaching him and trying to establish a solution to the situation, he started to be VERY RUDE and started to treat me he would call the cops If the partial food picked up was not returned. I donāt take threat in vain knowing well that I had made a order and paid for my orderāSo, I told him he didnāt have to worry about calling the cops I would do it for him. Situation should not of gotten to this extreme where an officer was called for something that could have been resolved----as a good customer service and business owner from clients that have been consuming at your establishment for more than 20+ yrs. the solution should have been here is your order but next time there will be extra charges for ā¦. Then I would have agreed with him but the only thing it caused was with no food and had to look for another location at the last minute to be able to provide food for my family event. Itās so sad, what he needs to go get is CLASS and CUSTOMER SERVICE classes! Lesson learn in life no small or big customer is treated any different.

I walked to the cash register to pick up the order and the lady behind the counter walked toward the other end of the counter and then asked what I needed. When I informed her she came back to register without responding or looking at me, grabbed the food and placed it on the counter, placed the receipt on the counter and slammed down the pen, which didn't work. I placed the pen back down on the counter and informed her it didn't work. She didn't respond, acted annoyed, pulled another pen out and slammed that one on the counter. I said are you having a good day with a smile, she barely responded. I asked her if I could take a picture of receipt, she looked annoyed again but complied with my request. Then scribbled something on the receipt after I took the picture for the delivery. I told her thanks and have a great day, she didn't acknowledge me but had the nerve to give my daughter a cookie. The only reason I allowed my daughter to accept is because the cookies were packaged, otherwise I definitely would have declined for fear that she secretly poisoned it. It was so bad that my 6 year old daughter even noticed and once we left, she asked, Mommy, did she slam the pen on the counter?? Ridiculous. If I ever get delivery offers from this location, I will definitely decline and I will tell everyone I know not to spend their money here because the customer service does not exist.
