Subway — Restaurant in Lancaster

I love the sandwiches at subway, they are always made fresh. I highly recommend going and getting a sandwich from Subway. I really enjoy the fact of it being fresh baked bread everyday I believe. I always get the chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese bread, it is so delicious because I get to make it the way I want. But never have to get my hands dirty making it. Lol. I also cannot leave a Subway without buying some of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies or the raspberry cheesecake cookies they are my favorite. Every trip is as good as the last one because it's always the same. You can count on Subway to keep its consistancy all the time. Also, the facilities are always well kept up and clean. That's a big thing for me to know that where my food is being made in a clean place. Thanks again Subway for all the great sandwiches that you have made for me. I really appreciate it. Also, start putting tip cups for your employees, that might start to boost moral a little bit. Because I know I tip them for making my sandwich. I went here today for lunch and ordered an Italian BMT and when I got around to eating it I saw that is had no cheese that I asked for, it was not toasted and worst of all the only meat in it was 2 slices of bacon ??? I called to let them know and was handed over to the manager. I let her know the issue and also let her know I threw the receipt in their trash can at the end of the drive. She said to bring the sandwich back and they would refund me. So I go back and was then told they did not find the receipt in the trash so would not give me a refund even though I returned the sandwich. When I asked for her bosses info she said she could not provide me with that and could only take my phone number down and would have them call me back but did not know when that would happen 😲🤦🏻‍♀️ So not only did I not get my sandwich but now I couldn’t even get my money back. OH BOY LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS SUBWAY. i have personally worked here before and about every other subway in lancaster and palmdale. This one though. After 6 yrs in subway I can honestly say that tgis is by far the best subway in the av. And perhaps in the world. The crew is dope. They dont do no grimmey s*(stuff) in the back as i have witness at other subways. The soda here is on point cause the manager actually cares about the balance between the syrup and carbonation. They always have fresh ingredients and are very welcoming. The owner chills here so kinda confuses people cause he is a legit dope veteran that walks tall and hard.
