Slow service, waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru line (there were 2 cars ahead of me) and after getting to my destination discovered my order was wrong. Tried to contact the store but no one answered (several attempts). The next day I called and talked to a supervisor/manager who asked for the receipt, the only one I was given was my debit card receipt. She kept me on the phone for atleast 5 minutes trying to verify my $3.50 order...then offered a free meal if I brought in my old sandwiches from yesterday, which I still had but I wasn't about to drive all the way home to get them- would cost more in gas to drive home and back then to just lose the $3.50. Got to the store and I don't think she was going to give me a free meal because I didn't have the old sandwiches with me. I just wanted my order the way I wanted from the day before, wasn't interested in the free meal. So a couple things- order accuracy definitely a 1 star at best, customer service 3 stars since my order was eventually replaced but not without difficulty, speed of service a 1 at best. Read moreThe last couple times I have visited this restaurant they have been out of several items. One time it was the apple turnovers and then they didn't have buns for the French dips. Also, when I did go back another day for apple turnovers they didn't put the icing on them. I listened to the car in front of me placing their order during this visit and ever other item they tried to order was not available. It was at that point I should of left. Normally the staff is friendly, but in my recent visit when they didn't have french dips I asked if I could use my 2 for $8 coupon to get 2 double roast beef sandwiches instead (which I know they offer the same deal) and I was told I have to have the coupon. Other times when my wife has gone to this location they don't look at the coupon or take it, so basically the manager didn't want to accommodate my request. I ended up not ordering anything after I waited 10-15 minutes in the drive through line to place an order. I definitely will never return to this location, and probably not go to another Arby's since I was never contacted after calling their complaint line and they never were one of my first picks...
Read moreThe food is delicious, Staff are among many that are easy going, understand, nice, friendly, good customer Service, they care for the customer. I also work here so that being said.. The team I work with is so awesome and amazing I actually want to come to work. I hear now a days people get a job, they hate their job but do it cause it pays well and pays their bills. Well I'm actually the type you could pay me 0.01 cent an hour as long as I have opportunity to grow and even possibly get promoted in the company and or store and if I have an amazing Team I work with Idc I'm still showing up for work even if it's a penny an hour as well. (Now legally I know that can't happen it's just an example). So thank you for being an awesome place to eat. (I eat here on clock and even off clock. Their food is so good. I would however like to suggest to corporate that the beef y'all sell is amazing with the Au Jau sauce.
