Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Tacos tasted dirty!! This place has all the internal ingredients of the tacos ready to just assemble your tacos kind of like a subway. The HUGE problem I have with this place is how dirty the griddle they use to warm up the tortillas is. That is why they taste dirty. It's a shame because if they would only clean the griddle they use to warm up the tortillas they would actually be some decent tacos. Ohh and if they could keep all the ingredients from mixing with each other while serving that would be a whole lot better, has cilantro on the rim of my salsa. Please keep it clean guys!!! Good food for a decent (but slightly high) price. It is located in the food court area of the Plaza Hotel. The main problem I have is the cook back in the kitchen standing around eating a burrito with (obviously) no mask. The other very tatooed-up cook was the one who made the burrito for him and as I watched him hover over the food bar, I could clearly see his lower lip (therefore he was breathing over the food).

This hotel requires masks and even takes the guests temp as you enter. Too bad they don't have such standards for the people who prepare the guests' food. I know Corona is a Mexican...

Stopped by for a quick bite. Fresh Mexican Grill is located in the Plaza Hotel food court. The line was pretty long, so I waited about 10 minutes before ordering.

Once I got to the front, the worker was so nice and funny. You can tell she enjoys her job. She was heating our tortillas.

We ordered the combo plate with 2 Carne Asada Tacos, rice, and beans. The tacos were delicious. I also had the chips and queso. I really enjoyed my meal, especially the chips.
