Stepped two feet into the door, and was approached by security. Assuming he was going to prompt to see ID, we stopped and were greeted with an extremely aggressive demeanor. The security guard asked how old we were, “25.” As we were handing our ID’s over, he states “are you really?” In a condescending and argumentative way. Barley glances at them. We were handed our ID’s and immediately left. There was zero apology for the possible miscommunication, nor any accountability on his part for being aggressive. Understandably he was just doing his job, and it is the end of the night; there is no reason anybody should be made to feel unwelcome. Honestly, disappointed even more so after reading other reviews of how much fun others had there. We don’t drink, so we really wanted to do the giant claw machines. The arcade has such a great mix of classic and modern games — from old-school pinball to immersive VR experiences. It was clean, organized, and super easy to navigate with the game card system. What really made the visit special was the customer service. We had a small issue with our game card, and a really nice guy named Coal (I think he might be the owner?) helped us out right away. Not only did he fix the issue, but he actually checked in on us a couple of times afterward to make sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of genuine care and attention is rare these days, and it totally stood out. We ended up spending more time there than expected because we were having such a good time — and that’s all thanks to both the fun vibe and the great people running the place. As an arcade fan, I was super excited to check out a new arcade. The point on Google is currently wrong as it is across from the D and not by Heart Attack grill. My friend and I did a hunt for this before checking the reviews to see how people found it.

It's very fun to walk in and see all the colorful lights on the ground and they have a good bit of games. $10 = 40 credits. My friend and I did $25 each and left with over 1000 in total. The tickets for games are AMAZING! You could win 95 to 100 tickets on certain games and rack up. It was great.
