Very prejudice and rude for no reason. I. Coming straight from my flight and walked around the store with my bag and when I attempted to go upstairs I was told no back packs up stairs and I said no problem where can I put it, he refused to give me a clear answer mumbled under his breath and wasn't informative. I again reminded him I have no issues not having my bag but I need it to be watched. He then accused me of stealing the Dr pepper I had in my hand before I even walked into the store I just knew it'd be rude to have it open and don't want it to get warm while I forget it if it's in my bag. I again asked if I could just take my bag to the front and he then refused me service due to my attitude. Which I would totally understand since I've been in the customer service industry and know how annoying customers can be but I was a paying customer that's being looked at sideways because what? I have a back pack? Because I'm confused in a city by myself for the first time?; maybe cause I'm a woman who knows he wouldn't answer me still. I had a bracelet in my hand and he snatchedit out of my hands while he waited for someone else to come out to speak to me. Second gentlemen handled it a lot better than the first. until he asked if I had pocketed the bracelet. I reminded him the other worker took it before he walked up. And he then asked about my Dr pepper. I just couldn't continue to be in that conversation so I said have a good day and that's when I asked if I'd like to go upstairs. I continued with no thank you have a great day.

“Fabulous Las Vegas Gifts” is exactly what the name implies—a fabulous little scam. I bought a few overpriced souvenirs and didn’t leave a tip (because it’s a gift shop, not a steakhouse), but these clowns manually added a $20.79 tip to my card AFTER the transaction. No tip prompt. No signature. Just straight-up theft. I called them twice: first time they hung up on me, second time they told me to “come back into the store”—as if I’m just casually 1,500 miles away and ready to book a flight to dispute a receipt. If you like hidden charges, shady employees, and throwing away $20 for sport, shop here. Otherwise, support literally any store that doesn’t treat tourists like walking wallets. PS: I disputed the charge. AmEx is watching.

Was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. These people are right out THIEVES . They pray on the fact you’re a tourist and try to over charge you for items you don’t receive. It sucks you have to feel like you count up how much it should cost before you get to counter or there going to excessively charge on top of the 8% tax they do . Dimar @8:52pm on9/24/24 was my cashier she charged me for items I didn’t get. When I called her out on it she proceeded to yell at me and deny claims. So if your in Vegas go to Walgreens, cvs, or even any other store on Fremont area because they actually are honest and don’t scam people.(photo contains proof everywhere I went was cheaper then the THEIEVES AT FABULOUS VEGAS GIFTS.)

Me and my boyfriend were buying some gifts there. My boyfriend put his phone on the cashier just to take his wallet to pay. He accidentally forgot the phone on the cashier, but before we leave the place he noticed and we came back, less than 1min later. When we came to ask to the saleswoman, she was extremely rude and aggressive and didn't try to help us. She started saying that wasn't her, but we didn't even suggested this, which seemed very suspicious. We just asked her if she saw and she turned VERY rude. We wanted to know if she saw something, because was weird because there wasn't nobody behind us at the line. Another saleswoman at the place said she was trying to reach out the guy that supposedly take care of the camera records at the place, and after some minutes she said that "the guy wasn't replying her". We've been to the police and they said we had to wait to go to Court and they have access to the cameras. How we were traveling, we couldn't wait. Of course each person is responsible for their belongings, but this Store was really helpless and one specifically saleswoman, at the cashier, the one who attended us, was VERY RUDE. I hope they can be more helpful with other tourists and more honest too.

Very dirty store, they have a 2nd floor with a death trap elevator, trust me use the escalator, this store like any other has all there items sent from China. The mark up on these items is really high. I went in asked for a very specific item and the asian lady upstairs literally yelled it on the back wall. We are talking about the freemont area so I get it that the neighborhood is rough, but have the decency to give a little customer service, not everyone is there to steal from your business. The shop has lookouts, thats how much theft happens here, there is a security guard that stares you down like youve done something wrong. again I get it, there is probably alot of theft and alot of things that can only happen in Vegas, but not everyone is a criminal. The cashier needs to learn manners when your in line to pay you better wait till she calls you up to the counter otherwise she will stare you down. Overall there is a wide selection and one of the bigger stores on freemont, the location is great, I can only imagine how many tourists come in on an average day. As I was walking out there was a shirtless guy trying to walk in, and almost immediately he was swarmed by employees to keep him from going in. My review is based on the customer service and the treatment of customers, as a Business Owner, I would never ever treat anyone like I saw in...
