When I looked up Jamaican food near me. This was it. Open late and serves Jamaican food. I'm in. Its a food truck downtown. The menu has traditionally items like jerk chicken and oxtail with a twist. Jerk chicken fries, oxtail fries, jersey chicken nachos, and oxtail nachos. I told my daughter to order some oxtail fries. She did and we waited. Eights minutes later, the gentleman taking the orders let us know they ran out of fries. But they would could do an oxtail nacho instead. Never had anything so wow me with the fusion or give me Doritos Nacho Cheese chips with minced up oxtail that is sweet. My daughter's ate half and stopped. The older one asked me. Dad, sooo where are the nachos? I was taken back too, the name is not right, cheese chips with oxtail is exactly what it is. However, is it oxtail or just shredded meat. No bone and sweeter than honey. Change the names for the nachos. Then give me the meat on the bone. My chips won't be as soggy and I'll know its oxtail. I see that and appreciate you. It just doesn't taste the same as traditional Jamaican with scotch bonnet, never...

I wasn’t really interested in anything else, because they were out of the other food I would’ve chosen. So I told them to give me a bowl because I didn’t have any lunch but I didn’t really want it. I asked if I could get a drink for the inconvenience. The guy making the food then told me it wasn’t an inconvenience because I was getting a bowl. I told him it was an inconvenience because I placed an order for what I wanted, waited 10 minutes, and then was informed they didn’t have my food. They never apologized for the inconvenience but did allow me the drink. I then had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. The chicken was fine but everything else was bland and basic. I would not recommend and the customer service...
